Beautiful Circa 1855 garden level home located in the heart of Savannah's famed historic district.

Downtown gem located just steps away from the Mercer House. Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath per friendly home with a gorgeous shared courtyard, perfect for morning coffee!

We are available 24/7

Mrs. Wilkes, Clary's, Mellow Mushroom, Crystal Beer Parlor are a couple of blocks north Take tours of The Mercer House (across the street), Green-Meldrim House and The Old Sorrel-Weed house

You have access to the entire rental.

1 bedroom, 1 bath flat features everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with a device charging station, large TV, desk with monitor, and luggage rack. The living room has a leather loveseat and chair, large wall mounted television, built in table with two barstools for meals, and a bar nook. The kitchen features full sized stainless-steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to cook if you'd like (even with all of the amazing restaurants in Savannah). Make your morning coffee and head out to the gorgeous landscaped courtyard to enjoy it. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided as well as a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. This property can accommodate four guests, the additional sleep setup being a queen inflatable mattress. AC/Heat and WiFi.

Walking is the best method of transportation downtown, but there are pedicabs, taxis, horse drawn carriages, and a free shuttle system that runs downtown.

PARKING: Parking at this property is on the street, first come, first serve served. The streets are metered, but the meters are only in effect from Monday through Friday 8-5 (times vary, sometimes the meters end earlier). I would recommend downloading the Park Savannah app, that makes paying for your spot easier. Typically no problem to find a spot outside. Please pay attention to street sweeping signs and move your vehicle on the nights affected.

No smoking inside the property. This property is pet friendly for dogs up to 30 lbs. There is a $75 pet fee. If you have any concerns about your pet barking at the property when you aren't there, please take the pet with you when you walk around the city. You do have neighbors and if there is a disturbance we will contact you. Thanks for understanding!

Property location was great. Property manager was very responsive. Place was clean. Limited eating space. With a little rearranging of furniture, the living room could be roomier and space for a small table for eating between the two kitchen egress points would be more convenient than the small shelve reserved for dining. Bed was comfortable. We spent a little less than 3 weeks there after a longer term rental fell through so it was a good find in a pinch. Given the limited living room and dining space, we wouldn’t recommend this property for a stay of more than 1 week.

Perfect location!

What a wonderful place! It is just a block from Forsyth Park, and a few blocks from great restaurants downtown and shopping on Broughton. The unit itself is perfect for two friends or a couple, and has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice living room area. The hosts have provided thoughtful amenities throughout, such as very soft bathroom towels and a multi-phone charger in the bedroom. The location is on the corner so you will hear cars driving by at night, but the hosts have provided a white noise machine so it’s not bothersome. We were two women and felt safe the entire time. We will be back!
