We are surrounded by neighbors so we would greatly appreciate if you could keep the noise down past 11 pm with loud music or disturbances. No parties.
Turn off all lights and tv when leaving the house. No shoes inside the house. However, house slippers are fine.
No eating in the bedroom. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere inside the house (The patio is the only designated smoking area)

Nice location

Decent condo. A little rough around the edges, particularly the alley to walk from parking to the door. Everything that we needed for a short stay was available. We were able to walk to the riverfront, but it’s not a short walk. After spending the whole day by the river we got a 4 minute Lyft back to the condo.
