We checked out as fast as we checked in. The room was full of mold, bugs, and hair. We were offered a full refund for the room but were charged twice instead. I called my credit card company in front of the desk agent who verified the double charge and still didn’t do anything to correct it… smh DON’T RECOMMEND.

Outside area poorly kept. Smelled of urine. Rooms smelled of a musty order. Our room located in front of pool area so we could access entry for breakfast area but had to walk around to the front because the doors we locked to the dining area till breakfast ended at 9am. Possible fire hazard actually in my opinion.

Super dirty, even the bed sheets, desk chair and the carpet were dirty and stain. Breakfast disgusting.

The location is great, as well as the breakfast. The room looks and smells old and moist, even with the ac on. Our room was in the back, and the next morning on the way to breakfast area, all doors were locked, we had to turn all the way around. Check in was very fast which was good. There was an obvious stains on the quilt, looks like old blood or juice/soup. And it was seen the next morning, so really felt not good.

Hair was in my bathroom, and my stay was interrupted by people knocking on thr door in the middle of the night. Some people staying looked to live there.

Room dirty and in poor repair. May have bedbugs in one of the beds in our room. Carpet filthy, window shades dirty and have burn holes. Hair dryer did not work, door lock broke while we were there. Stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never emptied trash or restocked toilet paper, etc. Mini-fridge barely cooled, one bedside lamp broken, heat/ac unit did not seem to work properly (would turn on and blow ice cold air for 5 seconds then turn off all night long)(we had it set to HEAT!) Bathtub dirty- had to rinse it before stepping in for first shower. We had an inner courtyard room, which DID have a lovely view and pool (too cold to use while we were there but it looked nice) but the courtyard doors to the front desk and breakfast room were always locked (there was a sign on them saying locked, so not a mistake) so you had to walk out to parking lot and completely around the outside of the building to get to anything. Price and location were good, otherwise cannot recommend this place.

This hotel along with Expedia stole My money I reserved online and pay for this room when I got to the hotel I give him my ID had my card and everything but the person who walked in with me who was not staying with me did not have an ID therefore they would not rent me the room Expedia is impossible to talk with anyone and this hotel is run by racist thieves therefore I was stuck sleeping at Kroger's supermarket outside on the sidewalk all night and I still do not have my money back where I can get another room it's just a bunch of thieves what's up

Contitions and very disappointed

When we arrived, I wanted to leave. We drove five hours in traffic, were tired and too late to change reservations. The front desk was friendly! The hotel needs to be tore down. Everything was is in poor condition. Vagrants in the parking lot, drug deals going on. Peeling paint, dirty diapers in walk ways. What was the point to complain, it would not get better! The only thing positive, the tv and hot water worked. I feel as though I should be refunded. Take this place off your list
