Due to the courtyard layout, other occupants were loud until 5 in the morning. Room smelled like pot and cigarettes. Did not enforce no smoking policy. LOUD. Pool was dirty. Breakfast didn't have adequate food for occupants.
It served the purpose for a busy wkend.Great location!

While it is close in proximity to the river front area the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty and the fridge had leftovers from the previous guest. The towels were stained and the sheets had holes.
Our room was clean and well appointed. A recent remodel on the rooms has held up well. Sadly, I got very little sleep due to guests next door who were yelling, screaming, running up and down the outdoor hallway, slamming the door and in general being awful from 12am to 2am, and again from 745am until 11am. I called the front desk a little after 1am to ask our neighbors to please quiet down, and I was told they'd write it down but they couldn't do anything about it. Obviously calling the police wasn't necessary as it didn't seem like anyone was being physically hurt, but 5-ish hours of sleep because "they couldn't do anything" was not worth the $110 I spent on the room. Will certainly avoid the Quality Inn in the future due to this policy.
Handicap parking close to lobby. Room 121 on 1st floor close to lobby. Valet cart to assist with move in. Room was very comfortable...accessible shower.
