We've stayed here multiple times. It's nothing fancy but is very nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The room is always clean. It has quickly become our go to when in the area.

Booked room through Expedia but did not pre-pay. Arrived at hotel around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday and was charged approximately $150 for "damage fee" which the night shift male employee advised would only be placed on hold until checkout. However, the fee was added to my room charge and then I was charged a second time separately. I'm lucky that my bank has not cleared the charges as they appeared suspicious. I'm taking my receipt to my bank this morning to sort out the actual charges. I'm actually luckier than our friends who did pre-pay through Expedia but were billed a second time for their room and damage deposit. We weren't comfortable with the night clerks explanation of the charges so spoke with Sandy the following morning who returned my friends over payments but then after we checked out she was charged again for the damage deposit. I paid more than $600 and she's paid more than $800 for 2 nights. The only bright side and knowledgeable employee there was Sandy. I knew we were going to have issues when night shift employee told us it would be alright but couldn't explain why the multiple charges. My bank account is an absolute mess right now to the point that my bank called thinking our account had been fraudulently accessed. I'm guessing everyone that checked in that night is going to have issues...I hope they pay attention to their receipts.
