DO NOT TORCHER CUSTOMERS IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE..!

This hotel was undergoing considerable renovations; as a result of this, there was NO access to the swimming pool; NO access to the exercise room; the public hallways had NO A/C and very HOT. My 87 year old mother is disabled; I requested an ADA accessible room on a LOW floor, we were placed on the 5th floor (522). NO ADA room. Mom needed a step ladder to access her bed..! I was ROYALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL. The hotel should have been CLOSED FOR RENOVATION…! Period. PS - I want a refund..! You shouldn’t do this to your loyal consumers..Al Lindsay, Architect

I never did get a room key due to some sort of power outage. The front desk guy let me in my room. He was very nice. The property is in bad need of an update. Furniture in the lobby was stained and dirty. Not far from the hospitals.

Dirty I had to clean my own room, room service ignored is, no amenities. False advertisement, no information that place is under construction, no hot water and they stole my $75 I was supposed to get refunded. This place should be ashamed calling it a Hilton.

AIR CONDITIONER IN THE WHOLE BUILDING IS OUT , the hallways are in the 90’s . I was taking a nap before my event and an alarm to evacuate the building came on , and turns out it was nothing and staff acted like they were just used to it . I had no where to park my car.

There were 3 things I reported to the front desk before noon on the second day. We needed clean towels, the toilet seat wobbled and the iron did not work. I needed to iron an outfit for that night. Came back around 1 and nothing done! Came in for the night around 10pm, still nothing! Expressed my displeasure to the front desk when I checked out. Never again!

Everything was perfect! The stay from downtown is about 10 minutes, not so bad. The room were clean, just needed more towels and soap.

So - so stay

Hotel was very crowded due to college graduation. Our coffee pot in room didnt work and there was no coffee in lobby prior to 7am. We opted not to get breakfast as $15 seemed steep for what it was. Front desk staff was great but I dont like that i check in online but still need to go to front desk when i should be able to get digital key. They seemed to be doing construction so part of hotel was not open. We've stayed at this hotel 3-4 times over the past couple yrars and this was our worst experience.
