Your beautifully outfitted room comes with a queen-sized bed and all the modern conveniences that you are looking for. Your bed is fitted with Peacock Alley luxury linens, while furnishings from Serena & Lily fill the room. There is a built-in desk so that you can check email or work on the road. Also, there's a coffee station with a Nespresso maker and everything you need for a great cup of morning coffee. An under-the-counter refrigerator keeps your drinks cold. Off every room is your very own private side porch with a custom hanging bed and Utility Canvas throw, this is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine or your morning coffee.

The large private bathroom offers a large vanity and a marble-tiled shower. The shower features a rainfall shower head and wand. Slip into a complimentary robe after your shower. When you’re ready to head to the beach, grab one of The Court’s beach towels so that you can comfortably relax in the sun. The famous Coleman Pavilion beach access is right across the street, and each booking comes with a complimentary Cabana Man beach chair set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) and complimentary swim and tennis. * The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed.
