My only complaint is that the cable tv was out 2/3 of the visit.

Super nice, quiet and so well located! Close to everything especially if you want to walk around SF which is a must do activity. The day concierge is the best concierge I’ve ever met. Very knowledgeable and very friendly and sincere and he provided great advice!

The staff is top notch! A few minor glitches in our stay (TV cable went out hotel-wide but it was a provider issue, not the hotel's fault, hotel bar closed before midnight on NYE, room service was delicious but out of something every time we ordered). Location was wonderful. The wonderful staff made up for everything else! We'll be back!

Close to everything! Staff are super friendly, will go back when visiting S.F. again.

Luxurious hotel close to union square and Chinatown. Parking was easy to access. Decorations inside were beautiful. Hotel very well kept. Felt comfortable, like I was at home. Very clean as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place. Only complaint is that my room on the fourth floor is exposed to a lot of street noise thru the night.. Only stayed one night so not a huge deal.

Absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Great staff and hotel is right in the center of it all. Doorman Darrly gave us restaurants and each one was stunning. Staff definitely knows the area and customer service was top of the line. Parking conveniently across the street for a small price but Uber or Lyft is better due to traffic and confusing signs. Very safe hotel. Kid, couple, family and business friendly. LOVE IT!!!

Good location to all business and shopping , food.

Great staff and property. Always a great experience at an Omni.

The hotel is wonderful great service and the location is close to almost anywhere you want to visit in SF,

Over all experience was very pleasant, because of how friendly the staffs were during my stay. They should all get a raise!!!

It was perfect. The most beautiful hotel I have stayed at.

Staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom could use an update. Also, my credit card was hit with a mysterious charge of $14.95 which I will be investigating.

This was a wonderful surprise -- accommodating help at the curb, attentive and engaged behind-the-counter staff when I checked in, superbly appointed room, and a restful sleep after a rough week of business -- in a one night layover in San Francisco.

Great hotel, location and staff. Highly recommend for business and pleasure trips, even with kids.

This is a place to stay to feel pampered. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are nice. Walking distance to north Beach, Embarcadero, ferry building & more. Pricey for sure butgreat for a special occasion.
