The property offered a lot of history and had some beautiful details; the rooftop bar was great. However, the food was just okay and most of the staff wasn't forth coming about the service charge added to the bill. Not sure if I would return...

The hotel is convenient to lots of dining, shopping and transportation options right around Union Square. We stayed in the “extra” space room which was about the size of a regular hotel room and met all of our needs. Decorated really nice and clean in the room and throughout the hotel.

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Service.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and always eager to help. From check-in to my visit to the Post Room bar and interactions with the door staff, every experience was positive and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to all. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Francisco.

Will def be back to Beacon Grand

Worth the extra money for a junior suite. Bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. Friendly staff, amazing amenities and delicious dining options at the hotel. The Post Room bar is a must, Casey was so fun to talk to and made our occasion so special! We also visited the Starlite Room which was so pretty. The vibe of the whole place was top notch… elevated service and 1930s glitz and glamour. We will be back asap. Be sure to read about the hotel history!
