Grand Hyatt San Francisco Union Square

Great hotel, clean area for SF. Close to Union SQ & many great restaurants and bars.

It was in the middle of everything I wanted To see and places to eat and places to shop! This hotel will always be my go to when I come back to San Francisco!

The Grand Hyatt is located in a central area close to Union Square and shops. The doormen and staff always greeted us coming and going. We ate at the One Up restaurant and the food was above average. The room was nice (had 2 Full beds) with enough room to move around. The only thing that I didn't care for were the down pillows. They are way too flat for me. I requested to have a foam pillow brought up to me (twice) and with Housekeeping telling me that the pillow would be there in 30 min...after an hour I fell asleep waiting. The pillow is personal preference-booking at The Grand Hyatt will be a repeat for me-if I can get the same great deal!

Great location, excellent customer service. Hotel room wasn't completely clean. Iron and ironing board wasn't put away, sheets weren't tucked in neatly and glasses were dirty. Other than that, the front desk and valet provided a warm and welcoming service.

This hotel is situated in Union square close to shopping centres, cable car line and BART station. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are big, comfortable and super clean. Definitely great value for money.

Nice modern bathroom. Clean throughout. Great location. Pricey, but it's San Franscisco.

Parking is a joke valet parking was $67 per night. That would be fine if the valet staff was on top of it. They took on average close to 20-25 min each time we needed our vehicle. Poor valet service. Hotel is older but maintained decent. The club floor is not very impressive. Staff friendly but quality of food and beverage was average.

Been here multiple times and we absolutely love this hotel.

Right in Union Square. Perfect access to anywhere downtown. Free wifi is enjoyable. Only the parking is a little expensive.

Room was fine. No pool which always saddens me. Walls are very thin so you hear all your neighbors business. Surprised they didn't encourage enrollment in Hyatt club for points and use of the Hyatt club

Very dated hotel. Only good thing is the central location. Hotel itself needs a lot of work.

Good overall hotel. This is the second time staying here. This time we could hear the elevators. It wasn't too bad but we rather not hear them. We did not have a good view--roofs of other buildings.

Clean room and good facility, will definitely use again for next trip.

Hotel was clean and convenient. Staff friendly. Nice coffee shop. Comfortable Lobby. 2 blocks from Chinatown. 1 block from cable car. 1/2 block from Union Square.

Good hotel and location. Service is not consistent - some staff were great, whereas some were not so much.

Will stay here again!

Very loud, didn't get enough sleep. Staff were not concerned. Asked for cettle, received total dirty with left overs from last use. Called 3 times to replace. Walls don't appears to have any sound insulation as we could hear everything next door. We were expecting it to be much better. Decent view though.

A return visit to San Francisco for a couple of days before a wedding. Check-in was swift; granted our request for a higher floor. Fast elevators. Smallish rooms, but it is SF. Well-decorated. Could use some more outlets since we all carry computers and phones that need recharging. Bathrooms were well-appointed and water pressure excellent. Fast elevators. Doormen were helpful and there was no pressure to valet park. Diagonally across the street from a public lot. Great location for walking to SFMOMA, Ferry Building, Moscone Center, cable car. Apple store next door. Only issue-no credit for Hyatt Passport for stay because we used a third-party booker.

they treat us just nice! i have a baby and they had everyrhing readyvfor her!!! all her baby bath stuff water, food lovely
