I left because it seemed violent, I heard a lot of argui gso we leftfor safety reasons. I didnt enjoy facility at all.

The only thing I didnt like was that the wifi was going in and out.

I had expected to have clean floors And bed sheets, rather than blood stained accommodations. Maybe a microwave or a simple iron to accompany the ironing board that was present.

The room was never cleaned between our first and second night there .had to call for towels and after over an hour had to go to front desk and pick them up . Have been here many times brfore and never had any problems..

I liked the staff just didn't like the cockroaches in my bathroom then my suitcase. How unpleasant didn't offer to discount room after four night stay

When I booked these rooms a month ago I requested adjoining rooms. At the desk during the longest check in imaginable, I remind them we would like adjoining rooms and the staff told me there were none available, when really if they planned ahead it would have been possible.

Dislike it wasn't no WiFi the whole weekend and the rooms could have been better i like that the stores restaurant were close by

Was assigned room 211 in the main building. Room had a pungent dog smell and asked to be assigned another room. I was assigned 411, which some led better, but woke up with multiple bed bug bites on my arm and hand. Was able to snap photos of the bed bugs in the pillow and blood marks on my sheets, reported to manager.

It was clean and the staff was excellent. The ceiling was peeling really bad in our room which made it feel old.

When we went to our room, the door handle was sticking and my husband literally had to kick the door to get it to open. As soon as we got the door open, the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I informed the lady at the front desk and she apologized and gave us a new room that didn’t smell like cigarettes.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet the same standards of other Red Roof Inns I have stayed at in the past. Elevators and hallway reeked of pot smoke.

I had to get my room switched due to bed bugs & roaches. Very unhappy with my stay & the hotel

The property was conveniently located close to Raliegh. Good for a one night stay considering the cost and location.

Great room.great staff!lovely interior and exterior structure.overall a great hotel to stay at for any purposr

The batteries for the remote to watch TV were not working. The hallways, elevator and room had a bad smell. There was no fridge. The towels did not smell clean either. The only good thing was the location.
