I’ve stayed at this chain in Hampton. The conditions are night and day. One in Raleigh has light switch damn near out the wall. Sheets and bed spread was 100 years old. Wash cloth must be from the Dollar Store.

The staff at checkin and checkout were both very friendly. The only real complaint was that the bed was super honey feeling and you could audibly hear the springs sinking in when laying down. However, it did not stop us from getting a good night’s sleep!!

Took my wedding ring off to make sure I didn't loose it in the bed. Left it there along with my wife's meds and called 2 hours after and they kept it. Hassle at the front desk, dirty and unsafe. Never again.

Good location but horrible bed

Hotel was clean, but the mattress on our bed was horrible! It had to be a really old mattress and the springs were broken. The cleaning products they used throughout the hotel left a strong smell which wasn't pleasant. Great location and price though.

I've stayed at this hotel many years ago and at the time it was in great condition. Based on this past experience, I decided to book with Red Roof again. Well, to my surprise the place was pretty much beat up and the hallway rug was so filthy and smelly. The bedroom I received had pubes all over the bathroom floor. Needless to say, I will never stay here in the future.
