Cheap, and it shows

I picked this hotel because it was cheap and I was only in town for two days, and boy did the quality of the cheapness show. Made me put down a $100 'damage deposit' that I may or may not see refunded within 3-5 days. Didn't accept cash, you could only use cards attached to a bank. Paint chunks missing in walls, damaged and worn kitchenette, damage in bathroom before I even checked in. AC unit didn't work correctly. Front staff is rude and wouldn't give me an extra pillow when I asked for my fiance. The icing on the cake is that staff managed to lock themselves out when I went to go check out. So I ended up handing the staff my cards outside of the hotel and left. Lesson learned: you get what you pay. Next time I'll splurge for something a little more.

At check-in, Jada was amazing. The room was great all together. Not really a breakfast, just continental. The only issue was the toilet kept running if the handle was not shaken after use.

One of the reasons I picked this place was their "complimentary breakfast", with a family of 5, this helps a lot. But the breakfast was porridge, requiring hot water, and completely not feasible when we were driving. There was no dining area. We used the pullout bed, and when we opened it, it was full of crumbs and candy wrappers. To their credit, someone came immediately and cleaned it, but it was gross and offputting. I would not return nor recommend this.
