We stayed two nights this weekend. It was a family trip and we were promised access to the roof top area but when we :went up for a drink last night at 7:15 we were not permitted in because we had our kids. Granted random people from off the street were allowed in but we as paying guest were turned away from sitting on a patio enjoying a drink before dinner. Remy is the one that made that rule...........Also, loud music, screaming and partying kept us up most of the first night...... Not your best work Marriott... Staff need training to learn how to treat guest... I went up for a cop of coffee this morning and the first thing the girl said to me was " You know that coffee is 2.50, right..... How highly offensive.. Clueless as to how to treat good paying guest.
We have stayed at many high end hotels previously, including the AC Hotel in Orlando FL. This hotel felt high end cosmetically only. The water pressure was terrible. Someone had puked in the elevator the night we arrived and was not properly cleaned so the smell lingered. We had an issue with our toilet when we got home at night and were told engineering would be right by. After waiting with the door open for an hour (wife was sleeping and I didn't want a knock to wake her up) I finally gave up and went to bed. We had no use of our toilet until the following day. The breakfast was fine, but not for the price. Better food for the same price was walking distance away. Other hotels that offer separate breakfast are typically more elevated than what was offered here. The layout of the room itself was "cool" but very inefficient. The room also smelled like someone was smoking pot upon arrival. Overall, we didn't get what we paid for, this place is not luxury. The hampton inn or the hilton would have been more comfortable. Won't make the mistake of booking another AC Hotel again. The one saving grace was that the staff was very friendly.
Staff was so amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She gave us drink vouchers because it was my husbands 30th. She was so nice which made the stay so much better. Hotel was clean and came with a fresh vibe. So much good energy! Loved it!
Amazing staff and excellent location.
Modern yet comfortable rooms, very clean.
Everything
Very clean, safe, vibrant area where the hotel is located. Many restaurant selections and free parking in a parking deck one block away.
Convenient close to everything great restaurants a lot of things too great place for date night
I loved this place! Besides the hard parking instructions it was a great stay! Definitely my go to! Ps parking is across the street!
Very nice room but there is a lack of privacy in the bathrooms. Gaping hole between sliding door and bathroom leaving no privacy for such a nice hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and in a beautiful location
Was a good stay but parking situation sucks. Super nice modern room. Only one guy working front desk though. But then a good view of the city and a fun hotel room.
Beautiful decor! Very clean and quiet! Staff was very courteous!
