Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was great! I would definitely come back.

What can I say ... it's like I was staying in a cheap motel or maybe it's me . I have stayed in a lot of 4 star hotel but this hotel is not considered a 4 star at all. Staff is mediocre and with friendly service. I had mold in my bath room that made my wife cough , only reason why I never ask to switch was because she was too kind , and ask me not to. The Atlantico bar area closes way too early , 6pm that's rediculous.. no one's helpful with any info. And the food there is way too expensive for its taste , I went in to town and had a more delicious food for half the price my stay there was a joke and will never go back there again..

Staff was the best. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. Used the concierge service daily and there recommendations were spot on. Front desk staff went above and beyond when they accommodated our needs. Waiter & waitresses were friendly & responsive at pool side and in the lounge.

The hotel was gorgeous on the outside - the pool, the private beach, the lobby but our room was not what we accepted. We paid extra for an ocean view; our 1st room had a view of the parking lot. We complained and got moved to a room with a direct view of an abandoned white building, the beach to the far right and the taxi waiting area beneath us. Rather than hearing the ocean all night, we heard taxis beeping and shouting. Our sheets had brown/black marks on them, the pillows were small and flat and there were fruit flies in the bathroom. The TV was, as my boyfriend describes it, "when flat screens first came out". Some of the channels didn't work and the remote worked when it wanted. Staying at a Hilton, I expected much nicer conditions. At the end of the day, I got Hilton vibes on the outside and low budget hotel/inn vibe in my room. The hotel charges a daily "resort fee" for complimentary coffee in the room and for the complimentary towels by the pool. When we checked out our bill was about $120 worth of fees. Our first day we tried one of the hotel's restaurant for breakfast. It was a standard buffet (nothing fancy) our bill came out to be $91! Breakfast for 2 $91!?! The pool bar was over priced as well, 2 drinks for $35. We ended up going to the local liquor store and bought a few bottles and just brought our own drinks to the pool. Overall the hotel was stunning on the outside, friendly staff but it was overpriced and not worth it. Never again!

Way to expensive and the beds are hard as rocks. The staff is terrible and the security was horrible!! Stay somewhere else!!!!!!!

I thought the hotel was fine. Seems right for the price. At checkout we got a bill of $500 added on for hidden charges. "Resort fee tax". This should've been included at the price. Wasn't told on Orbitz or check-in. And the parking isn't free, which is extremely inconvenient since there isn't any parking anywhere.

Staff was great! Our room was ok, a little run down. The pool and beach area were awesome!!!!

Great place. Would definitely stay here again! El Mercado is a great place to eat and is next to hotel

We had a great stay at the Caribe Hilton. The kids loved the private beach and the snorkeling is awesome. We saw 100's of fish right at the pier. I would recommend bringing your snorkel mask with so you don't have to rent one. There are no waves at the beach so the kids played in the water as if it was a swimming pool. We were barely in the pool since the ocean water was so great and it was also warmer. Negatives would be that the food at the hotel is expensive and the parking is expensive. I guess there are other places to park a block away for half the price. But we only found out about that at the end of the trip. You can cab to Old San Juan and its easier because parking in Old San Juan is hard to find. Next time I wouldn't bother renting a car. You can also rent one at the hotel if you need it for a day or two to go to the rain forest.

We arrived with a warm welcome from the staff and were allowed to check into out hotel room right away. The hotel had many restaurants and great live music at the lobby bar on Saturday night. Overall a great experience.

Hotel amenities were very nice. However the rooms need upgrading. Mismatched furniture, old carpet with stains, cracked tile in bathroom need to be addressed. The restaurant was overpriced

Everything was lovely. Housekeeping could have been better and though the bathroom was clean the paint was peeling off the door. The showers and locker room by the pool could use a refurbishing

Very enjoyable. Overall a nice visit. Nice front desk staff.

Great location, close to old San Juan. Also 2 min ride to la Placita

The room didn't meet my expectations of what it would look like or how big it show have been for the price of the service.....the pictures made it look nice.

It was an amazing stay! For the first time in PR, the location of tge hotel was great! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the view to the ocean was beautiful. I was able to see the sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazingly sweet and very pleasant! The pools were great, spacious and enjoyful. They really made my stay feel safe and welcoming. I will definitely go back and stay there again.

My new wife and I loved this resort! the staff were super nice and had excellent customer service. the facility was very clean and well kept. and we felt very safe and secure the entire time. we will be coming back here every year with our family and kids!

Upon check in the girl that checked us in was the same girl that checked us out. She was the only pleasant face we saw on this whole trip. Overall most of the staff seemed unfriendly, it was almost like they didn't want to help us. I'm Indian, although I do look hispanic. For some reason which I have always had problems with this people get annoyed if I don't speak spanish. It's not that I dont want to it's just I don't know how too!!!! As far as the restaurants on the resort, thats where most of the unfriendliest staff was. The food was ok nothing really to brag about. Because of dietary restrictions we asked if they could change somethings to the menu we just got flat out responses like no! The no Uber service on the premises also was an issue but this had been addressed already in case# Hilton Worldwide File#18753854 (KMM20394449V95430L0KM). So no need to mention that. The property was beautiful but the staff and all the inconveniences My wife and I went through we will never stay on a Hilton Property again. This was our honeymoon and it was pretty sad the hotel wasn't more accommodating. Sorry if we were inconveniences to you and your staff because this is the way you made us feel.

This was my first time my family and I visited San Juan, PR. Upon arriving the hotel lobby and surrounding area were beautiful. The lobby is outdoors so we were sweating while checking in. Since we had an early flight, I requested early check in and they could not accommodate us, we had to leave the bags with the bell hop guy. At concierge, is where I was hoping to receive happy, friendly, service but, received quite the opposite. My family and I wanted to plan a few tours during our stay there since they offer so many through the hotel so I naturally had a few questions. The language barrier is a bit of an issue, the hotel mentions their staff as fluent in English and Spanish but most of the staff I personally dealt with had broken English and at times they wouldn't know what to say. Second day, we went back to concierge to plan another trip and was told flat out that their was an Olympic parade and no tours were going out from the hotel due to traffic...this made me upset as we only had a 3 day vacation there so we were forced to stay at the hotel and swim most the day at the pool. They told us we could rent a car but we too would have been caught in horrible traffic..so my advice is to plan your tours ahead of time with the hotel not when you get there, check the weather in advance as PR rains often in Summer months, brush up on your Spanish and don't expect air conditioning except for your room while there. Lastly, EAT OUTSIDE OF HOTEL!! The resort food there is expensive
