Some of the staff was very nice. Otherwise, never again. I did not pay for the cheapest room as it was supposed to be the Deluxe but the cheapest is exactly what I got. The window in front of the room (206) had a huge crack several feet long. They put a sign on the glass that read to beware of the cracked glass. Ok, so I need to beware of it? If you see it is there, why don't you fix it??? If that glass breaks completely and it falls to the first floor it could kill someone! The walls were dirty and seemed like they had not been painted in 10 years. The floor was dusty when I walked in. When I went into the bathroom to put my toiletries away it wreaked of old bleach as if they had sprayed the shower with it and just left it on. There is no closet. The safe, if you can imagine this, is attached to the wall but down on the floor. The TV had horrible reception and very few channels, most of which were local Spanish anyway. When I noticed there was nothing in there to iron with (how could there be, there is no way they can fit it anywhere), I went to the desk where I was given an old iron and told they do not have ironing tables at all. So this is not just me, they don't have any for any guests. So I could not wear the two linen outfits that I brought. How in the world do you iron without an ironing board? The parking situation is beyond the worst. There is none so if you get stuck having to stay here, do not rent a car because you will be fortunate if you ever get to find one.

The room was clean and comfy. Fan was dirty and tv needs an upgrade.

Hotel must improve front desk and additional personnel, one person is not enough, and at least bottled water should be available in room

The Acacia was one of the few hotels operating just 2 weeks after the aftermath of hurricane Maria. We had power, water and an excellent staff. Another remarkable facet of our stay was the restaurant Niche. 5 stars in anyone's book - 6 in ours in view of the circumstances. We visit Condado several times a year and typically stay at La Concha. Our new home will be Acacia. Incredible people shining through unspeakable circumstances.

Hotel and hotel staff was great except one hostess. walked straight into our room as if she was staying there when we lost our room key.

Good location, accommodating staff. Could use seating around the pool

They didn't accept me without my dog medical records and the dindt specify that in the booking information and now im still waiting for their response for a refund.

The bathroom water do not run well and they need more cleaning

Cute hotel with very nice lobby and pool areas, and trendy restaurant within, all located in a relatively nice area of San Juan. The room was disappointing in comparison to the lobby, with relatively poor maintenance and the very cheapest soap and shampoo. Nonetheless, we are keeping it on our list of options should we ever need to stay outside Old San Juan again.

We were really excited about our last nights stay in amazing city San Juan, at this Acacia Boutique Hotel. Loved the colors of the lights, the art on the walls, the wall paintings, how close it was to the beach, that there was a classy restaurant in the same building. I wish the breakfast was included, but at least one could buy it right there and the menu seemed good. The room was comfortable, clean and I loved the design. Our room was right by the hot pool and that was cool! There was lots of good eats around as well as bars and the staff was friendly. Two pretty major things I was not happy about at all was arriving late at night and realizing that there was hardly any PARKING. In fact none. The valet parking was only for the Niche restaurant and that was a total bummer. Most streets around are packed full and lots of yellow zones. I mean, it worked out and we were fine, but for the hotel to figure out at least 10-20 spots of parking would be amazing! The only other two complaints was that there was no little fridge in our room, super annoying since we wanted our Medalla beers cold and we wanted to buy food for our flight and yeah, just have a little hotel fridge. Please consider them in rooms, so helpful. We had to waste a lot of food and also felt bad leaving a gross cooler bag of spoiled food in our room as we were leaving. The hot pool could be cleaner and the main pool was at the other hotel. Not a biggie however and I would recommend this cute little hotel.

The parking lot was not big enough for four cars. They charge 15.00 dollars a day plus tax. There is no way to get in the parking without the front desk help. That means that if I need it to go out from the hotel late night I need it to call them and let them know so they can open the gate. They didn't pick up the phone immediately . I think this is a risk and dangerous situation because is not the best location in Condado area.. This hotel is share with another hotel. It was never notify to my self.It was a really surprise.Hope you can find a solution to this problem. I need to walk about half block to use the pool. If you are on vacation will you like to go through this. Jose

Great location and cute little place. Nice restaurant. Rooms are a bit disappointing if you do get like one of three of the twenty or so there. Get one of those ocean side top floor rooms and it is an awesome place to stay.

The perfect location for a quick getaway the hotel was located in a mix of upscale residential and other hotels..... private beach. I would recommend having a car to get around. Norm

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was an excellent place. My room was very, very small but I didn't stay in it only to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi in the room worked well. It was in a great location, 1 block from the beach. A couple o fthe days the service at the front desk wasn't super helpful but the rest of the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay her again.

We only stayed one night - the room was small but had everything we needed. The lobby and stairways and roof deck were very charming. We liked the location very much we could walk to the more popular parts of Condado and we also walked to Ocean Park, where some of our favorite beachfront locations are.

They go out of the way...fantastic people and facility, they made it memorable holiday for us..

This was a small hotel in a residential neighborhood. It is not on the beach. No ocean views. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very expensive. Will not recommend this place.

great looking place staff was very nice and rrom was clean.parking was a nightmare

for a small hotel this place is incredible. what they lack in the resort style accomodations they more than make up for in service. friendly, respectful, delightful, happy, accomodating staff. if u get to see hector at the bar make sure u ask him to make u a woo woo.at breakfast ask josbaldo for some parcha juice with ur meal. food is excelent. they even sang happy birthday to my girl. do urself a favor and visit soon. gorgeous and quite beach less than 100 ft away

A cute Spanish style design, small hotel. Half a block to the Ovean Park Beach popular with locals. In residential area but less than minute walk to the tourist area Condado. We found the staff friendly and helpful.
