The staff very friendly and accepting. Cleans are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. I would always come back here

The rooms are in extremely poor condition. The furniture is all very old and out dated, they smell badly, the property backs up to low income housing. The worst part is we woke up with bed bug bites on our body.

The check in staff could be more professional and friendly, our shower didn't work, the trash just outside our room was piled high on and around the track container. It is also a noisy and run down area.

Good: beds were pretty soft Bad: would not clean rooms in 5 day stay. Big deposit required, backs to bad neighborhood. Way to expensive for a old hotel with bad upkeep. Stained sheets. Overall bad value for money!

If I had paid less than $100 a night, I wouldn't have been as disappointed. I paid the same as the team paid to stay at a Holiday Inn with a beautiful big pool, lovely lobby with chairs, tables and couches. Rooms at Quality Inn haven't been updated in years and the blankets had stains. Breakfast provided was a fozen sandwich, breakfast bar and bottle of water. I expected a better experience for the price.

Nothing unique about this property. Very dirty especially the bathroom, smells bad and not cleaned properly. The hardwood floor has not been cleaned for so long i had to clean it myself. The one of the beds had a huge bloody stains on it we just discovered them before we left the hotel. The whole week i slept on those stains not knowing because it was covered with the linen and mattress protector. Hopefully i will not get sick. I would never recommend to anyone to stay there. The other gests were yelling and talking laud even after midnight.

I rented a car from Fox on your website. There was no mention anywhere on your site about a Fox’s three hour time limit. I scheduled the pick up to be at 10:30 AM we didn’t get to the counter until 330pm. I had reserved a jeep but by the time I got to the calendar I had lost my reservation. They had already vacated my reservation. I will not go through you guys again.

I liked my stay overall at this hotel. Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel where every housekeeper had a good looking face. Besides that the property is quiet and the rooms are sound proof. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, sausage ,muffins and bagels with juice and coffee along with cereal. I didn't have any issues at this property. I wish the check-in time was earlier but I was still accomodated when I arrived early for my stay.

Facility billed as non smoking and all rooms reaked of smoke; active prostitution going on in the rooms; sheets and towels soiled.

Friendly staff and nice area. All of the issues I had were taken care of ASAP.

Great place to stay with pets! Tiled floors! Walls are a bit thin if your neighbor snores but clean, friendly, and if you were staying in all day a fenced pool area. No pet relieve area which would be nice to add in the future. Even a small fenced one be great. The downtown trolley will go by there once they finish it so getting downtown will be so easy. Fridge & microwave were clean and no smells in the room. Nice basic breakfast as well. Would stay again.
