Hi Darren,. We do like for guests to advise us of any issues when they check in so that we have a fair opportunity to check it out. Nothing was said about any mildew and we certainly do not have mildew in our properties. The issues you advised were extremely unfair...like a small scrap on the bottom of a cabinet, trim around the mirror has a super tiny part where the paint was on the mirror, we literally could barely see it.....Our properties are compliant with cleanliness audits and everything checked out.. The handle was found at our audit before you checked in and we told you we had a maintenance request for the repair. When I followed up with the maintenance mgr he told me you denied letting them in so he had to come back after checkout. And then you score us negatively on it. We have hosted over 900 guests across many other marketing channels with a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and this complex is very high end. We are sorry about you felt this way. Palacio Properties.
