Great location to the tempe area
Sheets on bed had not been changed. Room was not clean. Sofa had stains and tears on it.
Quiet location, restaurant next door, very friendly staff
I liked the breakfast options— some lower caloric options like turkey sasauge/egg breakfast sandwiches although they ran out of those a couple mornings. I didn’t care for the seating options for breakfast though. The tables by the food line was too close and made it congested I think that could be solved by moving those tables out 4 or 5 feet. Staff was efficient and helpful with all our needs.

Overall our 02-24 overnight was pleasant. The one that kept us from awarding a better review was a not so polite morning staff we encountered at the front desk the morning of our departure. We were interested in extending our stay for an additional night and rather booking on line we called front desk to find out perhaps the online option; although, impersonal would have been a been a better choice for booking. Of course it is just our take on this experience but it kept us from extending.
