I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Midtown Phoenix. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and relaxing. The location was convenient for getting around the city, and the hotel was quiet at night. I really appreciated the breakfast options in the morning and the overall hospitality during my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there 3 nights and never had room service. I had to ask for wash cloths and towels twice and asked for room service the second night because the small waste baskets were overflowing. We came back that night and no room service still. Bathroom was dirty, half the towels were nice and half were dingy, hair on the bed, stains on the sheets and shower curtain. Could see the hall light through the door. It’s right next to a hospital so very loud, if you don’t want to hear helicopters all night. Chairs were missing from the tables at breakfast, so not enough seating every morning. Overall, so disappointed in a Hampton Inn. I stay at them because they’re usually clean, this was not!
