Room was clean, Staff friendly, and Motel centrally located to service my needs Would stay there again!!

Very clean and enjoyable room. Would stay again on next visit to the area.

Across the street from Rudy's BBQ. Quiet location.

The little fridgider should not be placed into the closet. It needs ventillation! The food what we put in, frozed solid over night. the setting was to high???

Off the main road so no street noise. Easy freeway access, close to restaurants, very clean and friendly staff (Michelle).

When I arrived early at 11 AM exhausted from a six hour drive, Vanessa went out of her way to find me a room although checkin was not until 3 PM. I stayed three nights. This hotel is NOT hard to find, just off the I -10, turn East, first right behind Motel 6 and Fairfield Inn (which has a laundry if you need it). Denny's and another eatery are just across Chandler Blvd. I stayed three quiet restful nights with an adequate breakfast each morning. All the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again .

Remember that time you were in 100+ degree weather and you wanted to go into a stuffy room at 80+ degrees to cool off? Me either. Imagine for a moment you are out in phoenix. It’s hot out. The heat is around 100 degrees and the Arizona sun is unrelenting. It’s been a long day and you are tired. You go get your hotel room key, walk into the room and realize that it’s over 80 degrees with zero air flow. This is NOT what I had in mind when I wanted retreat into an air conditioned room. Air conditioning is essential in Arizona and to have ALL the rooms in the hotel at 80 degrees is just wrong. I am paying for the room from 3pm to 11am the next day, yet I had to wait a few hours for the room to get cool before I could comfortably stay in it? The lobby was well air conditioned so why can’t the rooms be? What’s worse is I left the hotel to wait for the room to cool down and it barely got around 75 degrees when I got back. I had to get another room that offered better air conditioning temperature. (My initial room maxed out at 70 degrees?) I get into my other room and it’s also 80 degrees. I was forced to leave my room AGAIN, to give it enough time to reach a reasonable temperature. I regretted my choice in Comfort Inn when I realized that Comfort Inn cared more about operational costs to maintain a reasonably cool temperature for a room I paid over my actual comfort. Looking at reviews for this location it seems I am not the only one with this issue. Is it Comfort Inn’s policy to keep all its hotel rooms at 80 degrees? If not then why was that the case in the hotel at I-10 and Chandler?

I had the handicap room and it was very accesible especially the shower could be accesed with a wheelchair, no need to climb steps. Clean hotel, parking spaces and not crowded.

Never disappointed with this hotel. Staff always gracious and accommodating. Centrally located for my area of travel in PHX.

Hotel met my expectations. It worked for my business trip. I would stay here again.

I had a really good stay. The breakfast in the morning is amazing, lot's to choose from.

We were looking for a inexpensive clean and comfortable place , and it delivered that . Con's you can't access off the I 10 and Chandler blvd , the breakfast was just ok and crowded . But everything else was good.

The breakfast sitting area should be bigger more seats

This is a nice refurbished Hotel with, a kind and Helpful staff. Great Value is why I rated Highly

The hotel a little hard to get to but we once we found it we found that there were many businesses close to it.

Nice stop on way from phoenix to Tucson. Clean and relatively quiet for being along highway. Will be back.

Very friendly staff clean environment. - great location.

We stayed for a week while visiting our son, daughter in law and grand children. It was a fantastic stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the complementary breakfast was wonderful and we totally enjoyed ourselves. The heat was starting to rise but the hotel/room A/C was more than a match for the outside temperature. We would stay there again in another visit!

easy to get to from airport. excellent staff, very helpful & personable. location was great for visiting daughter & attending grandsons graduation from ASU. .close to firebird raceway & a new casino. overall an enjoyable trip.
