Metro Chandler Apartments 1bd 1ba. This listing is for a deluxe renovated unit with new flooring and kitchen. Furniture will show some signs of use. Room is spacious apartment style with one full bedroom King bed and pull out full size couch. This one bedroom sleeps 4 without issue.

The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Please note that pool decking and dog park is getting remodeled in the month of September 2021 and may be down for service during that time.

Location: We are where you want to be in the East Valley. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 10, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

Poor Experience

Noisy Garbage Pickup almost every night between 3:30 and 4:00 am, doors banging and stomping in unit above every night. Sofa bed pullout had such a poor mattress it was un-useable. Maintenance replaced at our request, but had no other sofas, we got a tiny futon which my 9 year old was barely able to sleep on. Manager didn't have record of our reservation or overlooked it, I had to call a few hours before our checkin to get checkin instructions.

The people here always kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. The rooms were big and it was nice they had a stove and full size fridge.
