I enjoyed my stay. Everything was to my satisfaction. No complaints.

Everyone is nice and friendly once we stepped In hotel. From valet to when we needed to find out rooms! We got to check in early which was great and they accommodated my request to stay by our friends. The water park is amazing! Def s great staycation for us here!

Close to the airport but away from it all! Great amenities and a quiet setting, will come back again.

We were disappointed with the hotel overall. The room we booked looked a lot better in the pics then the actual room we got. We were promised a room facing the water park but instead the balcony faced the parking lot. The main reason we chose the resort was for the kids. Overall I would rate our stay as fair. Would never consider staying here again.

While this is a nice hotel, I don't feel we got what we paid for. Our room was nice and comfy. Really my concerns are with 1. the spa and 2. the price/quality of food at the Oasis water park We stayed at this hotel as a family with our two boys ages 6 and 8 with the assumption we'd use the water park each day to justify the cost of what we paid. I ordered a taco salad for $17 and it was completely tasteless and basically just lettuce, chicken and olives and the shell. I asked for a side of ranch and even that was gross - felt like it was out of a squeeze bottle, not good. My husband ordered nachos and those came with fake cheese like you get at 7-11 and a sprinkling of real cheese on top. Those were also really pricey. And, we only ordered these because the pool staff at the entrance literally searched my bag and confiscated my snacks I brought for the boys. While they did keep them for us, it felt way too intrusive and unnecessary. Next, the spa. First of all, the waiting area for treatments is across the lobby from the changing room so you have to go through there to wait. Second, and really most important - the jacuzzi etc. facilities in the women's locker room are really in disrepair. At the very least they need caulking, but really the whole interior looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. Again, for the price I paid, not what I was expecting. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again - there's other choices that are probably updated.

First off, I will say the hotel was beautiful, the grounds were immaculate and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and convenient. For that, I give it a 2 overall. The services at this resort was TERRIBLE. Check in took forever. The people had no idea how to handle an Orbitz booking and there were only 2 people working at the front desk, so the line was ridiculously long. Also, the resort has no concierge, so the front desk people are the ones who answer questions and make local recommendations. As they are not concierges, they are CLUELESS. We wanted to book a tour of Phoenix, they had a brochure. No recommendations, no other options, and the tour company they gave us only toured twice a week and was booked. They had no other options. They couldn't answer questions about museums or other local attractions. If you wanted to go anywhere but the Grand Canyon, you were on your own. Considering how much this hotel cost, that was PATHETIC. Even worse, the resort is so poorly managed, its infuriating. Housekeeping showed up late in the day, only after several requests on both days that we weren't out from early morning to late night. The water park was overcrowded and the staff was downright rude. We got there 1/2 hour after it opened and walked around the entire park 3 times, but could not find an open chaise lounge. Most of the chairs were not occupied, just had people's stuff draped on them. Move one towel? No way. The manager was nasty and un

May be because we came at Spring break but the front desk crew was miserable. Just basically grumpy and irritated. I was only there maybe 4 times to check in, rent some sport supplies and the others I was just using the computer next to them. Anyhow, it was awkward and uncomfortable... The cleaning lady was great! Once Easter was over the hotel was awesome! Learning lesson arrive Monday after Easter.

The rooms are nice. They’re spacious and updated. The pools are too small for the property. There are not enough chairs and the chairs they have are packed tight. It reminded me of being at a water park in WI. They did not have enough bathrooms in the park. If you’re at a smaller pool...you have to go to your room. We saw a lot of people sitting on concrete or on chairs they use for weddings (folding white chairs). People that book direct get early access to the main pool. Every chair was gone in 20 minutes...people line up an hour before door opens. It was crazy.

We had a fabulous room upgrade overlooking the golf course waterfall. Really enjoyed the room and the water park. Checkin was busy but not to bad. Drawbacks - the food was crazy expensive. And, although I loved the upgrade to a full kitchen, we found that there was another fee to pay for cooking utensils and other kitchen items beyond basic plates and cutlery.

Didn’t have nearly enough time to enjoy this place.

The grounds are beautiful and staff great. Our room’s “balcony” faced a stone wall and we couldn’t go out there because you could smell the rotting nearby trash. I feel like because of that, our room rate was steep. Especially given that the water park was not yet open for the season and you don’t get anything worthwhile with the resort fee. There are some rooms with great views so be aware of this. The nearby hot tub was barely warmer then bath water. I had great treatments at the spa but was frustrated when they had a “communication” issue with the facial technician and she showed up for work over 45 minutes late for my appointment causing me to wait and be rushed to our afternoon activities. I was not offered a discount which I felt was strange given the obvious error. The golf course was nice. My husband enjoyed playing and I riding along.

We really enjoyed our time here - it was relaxing and comfortable, and a beautiful place! I think it would be a great spot for a girls trip - you can get adjoining rooms, and each room is suite-style, which is great for groups. The rooms were very clean and well set up. The on-site restaurant was REALLY good - we were pleasantly surprised by that, and loved every single thing we ordered there over the course of a few stops. There are numerous places to just relax outside - fire pits by the golf course, chairs around the pool, outdoor furniture set up in different places around the resort. Makes it easy and unlikely that you'll have to compete for spots, etc. The only thing I would change is that we wished we could have gotten drink service around some of the smaller pools. Snacks and drinks are available in the water park, but it'd be nice to have that elsewhere, too. Overall, we loved our stay!

Great location off the interstate- easy to get to places from. Beautiful facility! Would go back again!

rooms were spotless and the staff kind and courteous at all time.

Perfect. At the end of October, no many customers so we had the heated swimming pool just for the 2 of us. Large menu at the Lobby Grill. it was excellent and the service was great. Usually we prefer more intimate hotel but it was ok at this season.

This resort is amazing, the staff anticipate your every need. The rooms and villas are very accommodating and the waterpark is a priceless amenity. I have been staying at this resort for years with my family. We have priceless memories of birthdays celebrated at the Arizona Grand Resort.

Great hotel - HOT but great facilities, staff were very friendly

Our second stay was better than the first. Facility was kept immaculately cleaned by the staff. We had no time for the pools but they looked so inviting. Felt very secure. We'll be back!

Great room, great gift shop, beautiful lovby, close to mall, lots of lifeguards, fun pools and water slides and lazy river

prices are outrageous. Felt that the $50.00/day for the waterpark was unnecessary. There was the kitchenette in the room with a refrigerator that we couldn't use because it was stocked with stuff we didn't need. There was not enough staff at the restaurant even though it was advertised as welcoming for spring break. The rooms were ok but were not clean looking. the carpeting was worn and everything looked old and outdated for the prices that were charged. Was disappointed with that. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, the prices were too high and not enough staff.
