What can you say positive about a resort hotel that has such poor security that when you are molested on their property and you even file a police report no one from the hotel or it’s parent company attempts to contact you... even after you tell the front desk manager as you exit to fly home? That’s right and when you are told they’re not sure they have security cameras near elevators to have captured the event but that the head of security would contact you .. and doesn’t! I would never suggest that this hotel is safe considering how lax they were about a recent event that occurred to my daughter I paid to lodge her in a better quality hotel on her way back from Phoenix to NYC. And selected it fir its size and rating thinking it was a high quality establishment. Not done with this. The police report is ready

The fire sprinkler in the room was so gross it was not funny

The overall cleanliness was great. The spa had warm water and should have had iced water like in the main lobby. Hot tub at spa was not working. Wheels were broken on towel hilder at pool. More work pn extra details would be nice. Extra details on customer service.

This is a very nice resort, very quiet this time of year. The grounds are very well kept and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming again with our Grandaughter later in the year when the water park is open.

It was different. It was discreet. The water park hours during my stay. I was not notified that it was close during my stay

I was told the resort fee was double what I was told over the phone. The "water park" looked in need of a serious overhaul. There were many tiles missing and crumbled faux rocks on the lazy river. Kids were allowed to swim in the lazy river: under people floating in tubes (which is what I thought the lazy river was for?) Pools are made for swimming. Decrepit lounge chairs full of bird poop. Not enough shade for visitors. Parking was impossible. I saw golf carts taking people places but was not offered one. When we got in our room, there was a old dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. Crumbs and paper on the floor NOT vacuumed. And the cherry on top was various stands of long, dark hair all in the shower and on the inside of the shower curtain: btw: we are blond and red heads. Not impressed by the lacking property. At NO time did anyone ask how our visit was or how our room was. No one cared. Disappointed. Won't be returning.

I liked the pools and water park But the buildings are run down and need to be refreshed The pools are run down too

Something that I liked was the free parking and the pools. But something that I did not like was when housekeeping came while I was watching Steven Universe. I could barely hear the show and if I turned up the volume, I would ruin the housekeepers’ flow and get complaints from other people

the water park was great. Food was great. Really nice rooms

Water park is great and the staff there is friendly and service is fast. The restraint and market/shop service is slow.

I stayed here with my family of 4 (kids are 11 and 14). Kids loved the pool and slides and we all loved the lazy river. It was spring break so it was crowded, but that's to be expected. We did managed to find chairs together, but it did take a little work. Drinks and food at the pool were pricey (more so than at an expensive Scottsdale resort we visited). They do provide water stations there, and you are allowed to bring in sealed water bottles. The room was bigger than I expected (had a sitting room with dining table, wet bar, and pullout couch in front--great set up for a family). The fridge was full of their own, overpriced items, but we pulled all those out to put in our own drinks. Visit Rustler's Rooste for dinner while you are there. Aunt Chiladas also looked super cute and walkable, but we didn't make it there. I would stay here again!

I would like to first apologize about the conditions of the Oasis Water Park as well as challenges that you had with parking and guest transportation. I will speak with our Housekeeping department for the other challenges. If you would like to speak in more detail on this, please reach out to me at kominter@arizonagrandresort.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
