It wasn't a horrible experience however I called on the way to Philadelphia to make sure we had a ride. They said yes a Shuttle Bus comes every 1/2 hour. Well after waiting for 45 minutes I called and they there wouldn't be one until 5 in the morning ( this was after midnight) Once we got an uber ride to the hotel they changed our room because the hotel was full and it was " first come, first serve " basis. ( I got the room in October!) Other than that it was fine

First they checked me into a room that somebody was already staying in and then the keys didn’t work I had to keep going to get them fix’s and then it’s was big old fight wit young kids had me and my husband so upset we did not like it and will never be going back

Unfortunately, the place needs an upgrade badly. Furniture has scratches, pieces of wood missing, everything looks worn and tired. The room needs a deep cleaning; the shower has black mold at the bottom corner and a chunk of trim missing. No cups to make coffee. Very noisy property. The staff could not find my reservation, but did get help from another person on staff. The key did not open the door, had to go back to front desk to get it fixed. After 10+ hour flight, these things just added to our tiredness.

The entire experience from check in to check out was excellent. The room was more than I expected and provided me with a comfortable evening. Lobby was beautiful with its garden like feel. The room is very worn with holes in the furniture and stained shower with gaps in the caulking. Also the lobby restaurant for dinner is a joke. The wait staff forgets to put your order into the kitchen, service was very slow and the food was barely edible.

We had a nice stay at the Embassy Suites. The staff was nice and we appreciated the amenities. The only negative was our room had food stains still on the coach that needed to be cleaned and the elevators close to the room didn’t work properly. You could go up but not down on our floor. All in all it was a good stay and the location to the airport was perfect.
