It wasn't a horrible experience however I called on the way to Philadelphia to make sure we had a ride. They said yes a Shuttle Bus comes every 1/2 hour. Well after waiting for 45 minutes I called and they there wouldn't be one until 5 in the morning ( this was after midnight) Once we got an uber ride to the hotel they changed our room because the hotel was full and it was " first come, first serve " basis. ( I got the room in October!) Other than that it was fine

Overall it was a good experience. There were some cleanliness concerns (trash out front) that I’m not used to experiencing at an Embassy Suites. There was some minor cosmetic issues near the elevators that need to be addressed as well. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful as normal.

The room was clean but the furniture old and stained especially the coffee table is bad.The staff is friendly at the front desk. What I did not like is the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening the idea is great, but when the first guests came and serve themselves the snacks were gone we asked the servers at the bar to refill the snacks they ignored us the time was from 5:30-7:00 pm the snacks were gone before 6:00 pm and no refill until 7:00 why do you promise something you cannot offer? We stayed at Embassy Suites in Ohio before it was different they served us from 5:30-7:00 pm They were bringing the snacks from 5:30 to 7:00 pm why you can’t do that in Philly?
