Only stayed one night but breakfast made it worth staying. The cook, Vincent, behind the omelette station was quite cheerful, very friendly and accommodating while filling your order quickly and correctly. He helped to start my day with a smile.

Received 2 bed suite instead of booked king suite. Room appeared dated, especially stained sofa and poorly patched hole in wall. Ridiculously overpriced items in lobby pantry- $5 for a 1 liter soda and $6 for bottled water. No restaurants or convenience stores within view of motel for alternate dining options. Wifi connection was spotty in bedroom. Morning breakfast was excellent, especially omelet station.

Excellent hotel; however, I honest believe the hided cost/fee for vehicle parking should be fully display on their website and other sites. Even though, I was not charge because I decided not to park my car at the location instead at my friend place almost 20 minutes away in Upper Darby so I was not happy in all. I hope this issue can be resolve by displaying all aspect of the hotel because it's stay an excellent hotel.

No Porter device. Room a little shabby Breakfast good. Parking confusing. Room large. Hotel pretty.

Everyone was so welcoming--and it seemed sincere!!! Loved our shuttle drivers--Leonard and then the morning shift driver who plays Jeopardy with his passengers-- most memorable hotel shuttle service we have ever experienced!!! They are both assets to this hotel and do hope they are appreciated.

We like the Embassy Suites in general. The one in Philadelphia was very good. Dinner the night we arrived was very nice and served promptly. We recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Didn't like that they charge for parking and the restaurant menu leaves a lot to be desired.

Hotel has an awkward open air setup, which resulted in a long walk to my room. That coupled with slow elevators made it a production to move around. Other than that staff was amazing, food was great and facilities were better than expected.

Just stay there for 3 days and thought that was really nice and comfy it's good for the price affordable

Hotel was clean however the room i stayed in smelled weird. The bed was semi comfortable. Food was great and i enjoyed the complimentary drinks every night. Hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. Only pet peeve was the amount of families with children who were out of control. Felt like a zoo at times. Otherwise i enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.

Our check in was good, however, when we went to the bar to get cocktails one of the wine glasses had lipstick on it. When we got a replacement the wine glass had items stuck to the inside of the glass. Then we went to the restaurant and the service was slow and the wait staff was not attentive. Our room was clean but the carpet needed to be replaced. In the morning while we were waiting for our shuttle (4am) a group of drunk women showed up falling all over themselves and banged into a woman who was waiting for the shuttle too.

did not get the room i payed for reserved a king payed for king got 2 double beds

Was there for my 45th high school reunion. My room was comfortable for two and we enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very good at their jobs.

way better than expected! comfortable suite. but did not clean room / chg towels. beautiful lobby and hotel throughout! did not like paying for parking.

Flying back from Jamaica, we stayed overnight in PHL. We stay at Embassy Suites when ever possible. Hotel was great. The only bad part was our flight to SYR was to early to enjoy the breakfast.

staff was awsome..check in was quick, rooms were comfy and clean,id would stay here again

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. The hotel and accommodations are very nice. Limited options for food outside of hotel in walking distance. The suites are large, cable tv is ok. Over all good place if you have to stay near the airport and need some space to work.

Hotel was nice but after being out for new years we came back to a room with no electric. Bottom line yeah that sucked but they did give me a full refund. Oh well.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was very good, clean, and well laid out. The reception with free cocktails was great. The staff was very helpful. They offer a free shuttle to the train which is helpful being it is quite far from center city.
