I know that we are in a pandimic but for the money that is charge for these rooms and there is no discounted prices the hotel should be able to have a buffet style breakfast with social distancing. The kitchen should be open so the guest wouldn't have to order outside food. Or the hotel should have a deal with a outside resturant for a discounted prices.

Didn't like no lunch service. Didn't like not being able to check out late.

The pool is a lawsuit waiting to happen. No towels available. water was cloudy. Call me to discuss. spa steps are dangerous on the right side of the rail the step is deeper than the left. I fell in. Put a cone there to prevent others from falling in. linda 6096809700

Our room was a suite on the lobby floor. A little noisy, but shutting the bedroom door helped. The breakfast buffet was great. A shuttle back and forth to the airport . very nice.

Very expensive Computers down. Pay to park more expensive than advertised. Swimming not allowed for my teenager.

The location is great and having the shuttle to the airport is awesome. The happy hour drinks were excellent. but the appetizers were meh. I liked the salsa but being gluten free, I wasn't sure about the tortilla chips (took my chances)- then they ran out and there were only pita chips (totally full of gluten) so I couldn't eat anything else. all the snacks were wheat flour products.- But the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was soooooo friendly. I didn't encounter anyone that wasn't courteous and helpful. All very nice people. Everything was very clean. But my check-in was totally unacceptable. I was waiting for a room to be ready and couldn't check in until almost 7:00!!!!!! My friend who origianlly was going to stay in my room decided to get her own room (it was exactly was I wanted- two doubles) She got a room before me. and I saw another couple check in way after me and got a room. I have no idea what that was all about. I also needed to make change and couldn't get change for $100 either that night or the next morning.

Sat at two different tables in the restaurant. Told them the tables were dirty and had to clean them ourselves. Concierge hurried through all directions. Manager stood by doing nothing instead of helping guests. Fire alarm went off around 6:30pm. Everyone was evacuated outside for 15 minutes. Told to come back in. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Multiple bugs in room.

There was a mistake in our reservation (most likely our own fault) and there were no other rooms, but the person at the front desk gave us some vouchers for food at at the restaurant. The restaurant staff were equally friendly and helpful, which made our brief stay on a flight layover much more pleasant.

Jenna- We are very appreciative of your feedback. Rest assured that all information you provide helps us to get better and our management team takes that very seriously. We do apologize that that there is no lunch service provided however, we do have other options for food which the front desk provides as a stop gap for not having our of restaurant providing lunch. Late check out is a courtesy we provide based on our hotels availability on the day you check out. How many arrivals we have determines how many late check outs we are able to give. We may have hit a hick up at the time you requested the check out or exhausted all our late check out offers. We apologize for your experiences not being 100% as we do strive for excellence.
