This was the worst hotel I've stayed in.Let me first say this hotel is very old, in desperate need of a update.The hotel is molded, leaking and the toilet rock eveytime you sit down.The staff is very rude,unprofessional and loud.The breakfast is advertising as a full breakfast when you only get a biscuit, eggs thats salty on one day and the next day just salty eggs.I left to a much better hotel, it has a low rating just for it's reason.Please don't waste your hard earned money only this trash.

The room we were given smelled heavily of mold. We should have requested a different room as my husband ended up sick from the mold. Also the hot water went out and we couldn't shower for a while. I was told they would contact me when the hot water came back on but they never did. Other than that the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent on the weekend but not so great during the week, no decent protein options. Most of that would have been ok as the price was really reasonable but my husband being so ill by the time we left was very concerning.

We stayed two nights at this Pensacola Bayview location. Initially, we noticed an odor in the room that resembled smoke; however, it was later identified as water mildew. There should have been a clue to the dehumidifiers located in the hallways. Mildew and moisture increase on the second night. Even the sheets and carpet were all damp. At 5 am I had staff come down to the room to obverse the conditions and she agreed that there was a issue. The clerk on duty recommended that I contact management on Monday for further assistance. On Monday, travel prevented me from making a call; however, I contacted the location on Tuesday. The clerk listens to my issue with our stay but only offered on behalf of management stating policy a 10% discount. I informed her that I did not find this situation satisfactory and requested to speak with a member of management. I was informed that they were not at the location, but she assured me that she would pass along my complaint and contact information. She stated that management would determine whether they needed to contact me again. 24 hrs. As I have not received a follow-up call, I am assuming that the opportunity may no longer be available. I wanted to let the location address the issue before leaving this review on Expedia. The front desk clerk stated that this sounded like a threat, and I assured her it was not a threat but only to give management a chance to hear and resolve the issue.
