Very clean and Jenn at front desk was outstanding. One of the best Hilton properties I’ve ever booked. Also, attention to details. Food was outstanding too.

This hotel had some flooding on their first floor and their 2nd floor was very dinghy. Th carpet is old and looks dirty. It’s a nice location and has a decent breakfast. They should change their carpet in the halls and do a deep cleaning in the rooms.

The hotel itself was clean and friendly and had what was needed however the staff need to do better with reservations. A very difficult situation due to staff member not doing his due diligence causing our guests to not have a room for a night to which we were still charged. Poor follow through on the management. A phone call would have solved it yet an email was sent. It was not in a timely manner and the email was not seen until it was too late, yet they still charged for rooms not even used. Their Fault. Very disappointing.
They picked me up at Pensacola airport and they took us to nearby restaurant and mall. Not only that but the facility was beautiful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
About 10 mins from airport. Clean rooms and facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Offer free transportation within 1 mile radius. Mall and many restaurants nearby, 2 within walking distance. Breakfast is NOT included like other Hilton properties. Toll to get to beach. I would stay here again.

Everybody had a smile on. The place was immaculate and all the staff would ask if you needed anything. Polite & professional. Please do not change.
