Breakfast was great! Love the included access to the next two properties! Great views of gulf from balconies. I liked that it is walking distance to some restaurants, a liquor store, and souvenir shops. The day time manager (male, not sure of his name) was the least friendly of staff but everyone else was very nice and welcoming. The live music was nice! The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking fee! I feel like parking should be included. But overall great stay!

Beach view was fabulous free breakfast was fabulous. All the staff was so friendly. The place was clean. The only drawback are the only negative thing I can say about my stay was the water in the shower was just hot. I could not adjust it to get colder. But that will not determine me from coming back or recommending to my friends.

Great location with a great view. However, this is a "Pet friendly" hotel and our room smelled like a wet dog. Also, I was awakened by a yelping dog around 6:00 a.m. and it barked for over an hour. The tall man at the front desk was rude and said he already knew as others had complained as well. Felt like I had to beg for TP, they rationed us one roll per day for four people. Had to request one towel and tissue every night because they never left enough. Had to stand in line to request pool towels at the front desk, not located conveniently by the pool like most hotels. Also, had to wait in line to turn them back in and ride the elevator dripping wet up to our room. This hotel has potential. Would return of they would address the inconveniences and maybe have a designated floor for the dogs. The carpet smell was just too much to seem clean.

It was conveniently located on a beautiful beach. I wish there were beach chairs included at the hotel. Otherwise everything was great. Loved the breakfast and sitting outside to enjoy it. Would definitely stay there again

The carpet smells and the staff did not clean anything all they did was replace towels and make up the bed. Room smelled of dog. We saw a staff member laying inside the cart of FaceTime instead of working.

The room was clean housekeeping was great the outdoor pools had a few leaves in them but it kept storming off and on so that was expected the breakfast was great every day was something new so that was nice and they allowed us access to multiple different hotel pools which helped with the beach having red flags in the mornings we would get up and watch the sunrise from the pool deck over the beach and that was amazing

Beach access was A+++ with several bars/restaurants within walking distance. Will fly in next time and Uber to the hotel, no need for a car here! Clean hotel, freindly staff, and a colossal breakfast bar!

Property is “ok”— nice beach front area. There were an unusually amount of dogs at this property from guests— seems like everyone had a dog or two. Some walked dogs on beach which is prohibited by law— hotel should have signs abt no dogs on beach, even on leash. The other issue is the $16 a day parking fee— this was not evident in any reservation material— filing complaint because “total price “ did not include parking fees.
