I selected this particular hotel because they said they had a heated pool. The pool was closed down with caution tape all around it.
The breakfast was supposed to go until 9 am, but they were pretty much cleaned out and cleaned up by 8:30 am. I also think they tried to double charge me. I already had prepaid on Orbitz, but when I checked in, she asked for my card. Later, it occurred to me that the amount noted was for the full room not just to "hold for incidentals." When I tried talking to the person at the desk about it at check out the next morning, she couldn't help. She assured me a manager would call me back soon about it, but I still haven't heard anything. I am hoping I don't have to take care of this through my credit card company. What an inconvenience that would be.
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. Most staff members greeted us in passing and such. Breakfast was good. Pool area is ok, could use some updating. I did not like the fact that you have to pay for parking. They also hold an accidental fee, which you get back after check out. We also had an issue with our card being charged twice. Hotel blamed Orbitz, front desk lady was not helpful. Wouldn’t give me any sort of receipt. She said she didn’t know why I was charged twice and to check my count after 2 pm because that’s when banks reset. I contacted Orbitz and chatted with Sunny, who was able to help and after calling the property, explained what happened. I got the money back the next business day.

The bartender Roxanne was the highlight of our experience. She was fast and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back! 5 stars!
Hotel is very out dated. Parking of $15 a day is ridiculous to me. I would not stay here agian.
