I like this hotel because the location is great, they need keep the location more clean , on top of my windows was mold and they never send no body to clean the room. They charge extra for a parking. That’s supostube included in the rental room and the over charge for pets too. The breakfast is good but they don’t keep it hot.

It was good, but I feel like the room we stayed in last time (2 years ago) we stayed here was a little nicer & bigger? There was nothing wrong with our room, and the breakfast was good too. We were put on the top floor at the end of the hall (all the way down from the elevator) and the ice machine only had ice in it about half the time. I guess because 3rd floor ice machine was broken, so any time I wanted some ice I had to go down to the 2nd floor which turned a 2 minute job into a 5-10 adventure. For almost $300/night I expect ice on my floor. Other than that everything was satisfactory. Still love the location and amenities.

Family vacation with children, all i wanted was rooms next to each other. Was treated rudely and made to wait for rooms until after 4 pm. Was told to come early "first come first serve". Did us no good and when we complain, manager canceled our reservations that where paid in full 2 months in advance. Manager refuses us service and said she would refund $1,704.04. Which only $1,300 has been refunded. Take away! Spend the little bit more and definitely go to better hotel!

The shower knob was broken we reported it and someone came fixed it , we used shower one time and it broke again they had to come back to fix it , and it broke again , it was very frustrating because every time we came back from beach or pool we had issues with shower ,breakfast was great in previous times we stayed but not so much this time .

Great access to beach. Nice food option in the morning, just wish there was more sitting in the dining area. Also, for to have cooler areas by the pool, the area was so hot and bare feet were burning, especially coming and going to the beach.

Moldy rooms!

Our room was covered in mold. Do not trust the other reviews. You are playing roulette with your stay because there's a good chance you'll have a moldy room too. I've read other recent reviews that had similar issue. I suspect the building is old and the air units do not keep up with the humidity. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else!

Terrible hotel customer service and booking agency

The day before I was to arrive my daughter tested positive for the flu type A. So in consideration to the hotel and patrons I called to cancel on the account of contagious illness. The hotel told me I had to contact hotels.com. So I did. They were absolutely no help because all they did was call the hotel at which they said they are refusing to cancel and refund me the money. Hotels.com basically said sorry about your luck. So I called corporate twice. Providing documentation that my daughter was sick. The manager decided to bargain with me saying that she would give me one night refund but charge for one because it was 24 hrs to my check in. So rather than be a good hospitality business they charged me $300 because my daughter had the flu. Hotels.com is a completely worthless app and booking agency that I will never use again and and I will never use this chain again. I have since canceled my Hilton membership. Close my corporate account with them and changed to Marriott due to the fact that they are much better to deal with when it comes to emergency cancelations

I was kind of disappointed in the breakfast. The quality has decreased since I was last there. Also, the TVs are really outdated. I wish that the TVs allowed for things like Netflix, Tubi, Hulu, etc. The elevators are really slow. I wasn’t as impressed this go around.

This was our first time in Pensacola. My husband wanted to bring our dog along so I had to find a pet friendly hotel. I am so glad that we found the Hampton Inn. It’s within walking distance of all the shops and eateries. It’s also very clean with friendly staff. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn it’s right on the beach so make sure you get a room with a view of the ocean! We will definitely be back next year!

Mold in the rooms

The hotel is right in the beach and has 2 pools, the lobby & common areas were very clean and looks new, HOWEVER not so much in the room. The shower had not been cleaned, there was dirty water left in the tub. There is mold on everything, even the chair to sit in. This was one of the more reasonable rates from others, $312 with tax. However then there was a parking charge of $17 and we did have a pet so $125 with $50 of it coming back. Total $414 for a Sunday night which is reasonable compared to some of the other hotels. Do NOT bring your dog! They are only allowed on certain sections of the beach! You would think for a pet friendly hotel our dog would have been able to join us on the beach at the hotel.
