The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Location was very good. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Its only is about a 1.5 star hotel
The smell of the front office is musty and un appealing. Did not eat breakfast or get coffee there because of it. The breakfast menu was not so great so that made it an even easier choice.
Proximity to downtown is great. Stag are polite and courteous. The condition and state of the property are what you would expect for a charge south of $90 a night. Will not stay there again.
We loved the place Christina took great care of our room and was very helpfull. This location has greatly improved since the last time we stayed here.
Helpful friendly
Floor in room was dirty. Planters had trash in them and pool furniture was in disrepair But the location is great and the staff were very helpful
The inside of the hotel was nasty. There was mode covered up with paint. The beds were hard has a rock. There was a very horrible smell in the room. The house keeping lady was the only nice one. She brought towels and rags as we needed them.
For $200/night, you would think this place would be in good condition. They had good intention when they picked out the flooring and whatnot- but the execution is absolute garbage. Paint melting off the wall, door handles on backwards, bathroom door falling apart. But the worst part was the fact that there were literally roaches. ROACHES- LIVE. and the bottoms on your feet were black with dirt from the floor. What a joke this place is.
Location is great but it was really a dump with poor customer service.
Check in was fine. The campus is a bit confusing. Rooms are old style but decent. Smell humid. The very disappointing thing was no hot water for shower.
Very outdated. The fan in the bathroom was constantly running. The maintenance man came to fix it and blue the breaker, leaving us in the dark briefly. Just run down for almost $100/night!
Convenient to downtown and civic center. Run down facilities. Bed was horrible.
Room had terrible mildew smell. Bathroom door would not close, holes in the wall. Lights were motion sensor activated but the bathroom sensor was not in the bathroom. Room went dark in the middle of toileting or showering. Noisy fan however stayed on all night long because of motion in room.
This property is very convenient to the Pensacola Bay Center with minimal traffic.
The people were very friendly. And I loved the way you could park on the floor of your room.
Our room was located in the very back of the property - The driveway to get back there was not marked - TV did not work when we got there - Had to call twice to get someone to fix it - Parking lot was very tight - No elevator
