It is 2 star hotel with 2 star rating. I understand it is considered 2 star hotel but cleanliness shouldn't be a feature but a requirement. As soon as you walk in the hotel you will start feeling it, elevators are dirty, fridge in the room was disgusting from outside and indie ,there was pubic hair in bathroom. This is the same exact experience another user reported on Trip advisor. The gentlemen at the front was talking to me like I was his buddy, he wasn't rude or anything , his way of greeting was " What's up man" I just felt it was little weird. I would have given 1 star, but the lady at the front who works during day time is excellent and tried to help me. BF was expected like a 2 star hotel no surprises, coffee was pretty watered down though. Message to management: Please do not bother writing with a standard message of reaching out to you, how you can you make it better? Focus on cleaning, make sure elevator doesn't smell, make sure elevator is clean, make sure carpets are clean and do not have black stains all over the place, make sure the ice machine is clean and doesn't have mold growing inside the machine.

Hotel accomodations were exactly as depicted in the pictures. The location was perfect, close to the airport, beaches, highway, restaurants and more. Nice pool, and a friendly staff.
Service and i did not like i had to keep getting my room cards scanned..for what i had paid it shouldn't of been no problem at all....
Let me first say that the staff were all super nice and helpful. My complaints have nothing to do with that--in fact, my complaints are really not much the hotel can remedy. However, I want potential customers to know what they are getting into. First, the rooms are tiny. I don't think I've ever stayed in a room this small. Secondly, the area is sketchy at best. We observed what looked to be 2 different types of business transactions in the parking lot. (Read into that what you will.) The pool was constantly gross with empty cans, cigarette butts and trash all around it. The photos are deceptive--I don't recommend it all.
I stayed here a week and had no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and in great condition. I would stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very friendly. We went to visit our grandson who is in the navy and stationed in Pensacola. The location is good and close to a lot of restaurants and activities. We would stay here again..
Close to all areas that I needed to attend. Very quiet.
We only stayed one night after traveling. The hotel isn't in the best shape nor was our room. Two main concerns... one of the white comforters on our bed had blood stains along the top edge and the maid's cart in the hallway had a very offensive note purposely exposed that had a strong statement of profanity towards another maid. There were other disappointing issues, too. The affordable price wasn't worth it. Pay the money for a better hotel.
We enjoyed the nice breakfast selection. We will come back to this hotel in the future.

We do appreciate the feedback from our guests, but none of this aside from the fridge and bathroom was mentioned to staff during your stay. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean hotel from lobby to room down to the small appliances like the fridge and microwave. I will absolutely bring these issues to our cleaning staff as they should never be a remote concern for our guests since cleanliness is like you said, a requirement not a feature. It seems you did not want to move rooms despite what you experienced and it is recorded that no complaints were lodged with the room cleanliness until after you already stayed the night. We never want our guests to stay in a room that is dirty and will ensure that your stay is in a fresh and clean room should you alert us that initial entry was not so. I do apologize that the first walk in was not up to your or our standards and will personally see to it that this is addressed by all departments.
