This beautiful, beachfront vacation rental offers outdoor access from both the main bedroom and living area which leads out to a large balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Highlights of this upscale and Bahamas-styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two secured courts, relax in the outdoor pool, swim laps in the seasonally heated lap pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the on-site social room with stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

My friends and I were very disappointed in our stay. I booked this condo for a fun girls trip on the beach. Upon arrival and unpacking, we noticed there were no refrigerator doors, mold on the shower curtain, the floors were dirty, and carpet was sticky. We then started to find roaches. We contacted multiple people through Vacasa on different occasions and nothing was done, nor were we further updated about the situation. Finally, someone offered a small refund and stated that a “stat clean” was put in on our last day of vacation. No one came to spray or clean while we were there, though. I was very disappointed that this was not taking care of during our stay. Roaches in the kitchen and the bedroom is a major health hazard, and they seemed to get worse the longer we were there. I’m grateful for the monetary compensation, but would highly recommend this unit be sprayed and updated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here until something is done. I hated that this was our experience because I really liked the location, and the access to the beach/pools were great.

I loved it very nice. My only complaint was the jacuzzi tub. It had black dirt particles coming out of the jets so i spent my whole stay cleaning the tub and i only bathed in it once and the master bedroom remote was broke but besides that everything was beautiful. It has a beautiful ocean view.

Don’t stay at Palacio 1103

-Dishwasher worked sometimes. Only one burner on stove can be used at a time! Bring forks (only 5 in the condo)! Limit the guests to 4 . Sofa bed wasobasically springs with a sheet covering.. you can’t put anything in the refrigerator door - no trays to keep the items from from falling out. Both frying pans were so stained with old food, we wouldn’t dare use1

Great location but needs some love

We had a great stay here for our long weekend beach vacation. The location is great and the pool area/beach access is nice. As some reviews already mentioned, the appliances are old and not in the best condition. The stove does not have 4 functional burners. The refrigerator has broken door shelves. The bottom dishwasher rack is missing wheels and is awkward to open/close. The master bedroom suite (best part of the place) is huge and the bed is very comfortable, but the shower could use some recaulking. The balcony had not been cleaned well and there were food remains on the ground from a previous stay, but the view was beautiful! Overall, we would probably stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The amenities such as the grill, beach chairs, and pool/hot tub were easily accessible. Staff were always present including night security if anything arose. We had an issue with a light covering in the kitchen area and sent an email, which was promptly responded to. My family and I enjoy Perdido Beach and eould definitely stay here again!

Great view

Great large patio with great view. The furniture was rickety and worn down. For the price we paid we expected more. Elevators were a mess with only being two, it was always jammed up. Master bed was the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. Overall stay was good, nice large condo and pool was nice.

Nice Vacation

The two shower heads didn't work fabulously and were rusted, the bed frames were very unstable in both bedrooms, and the internet didn't work the entire time we were there. Because of the virus concerns, the phone lines were backed up, so we couldn't get a hold of anyone, and the app wasn't allowing for submission questions. The large pool was closed the first two days which was a bummer, but that's not the owner's fault. Overall, the condo was clean, in great location, and the beach was so soft with very few shells. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!
