The furnished porch boasts a 52" deluxe built-in grill and spiral stairs to the rooftop deck providing stunning views and gentle ocean breezes. The fenced-in backyard is convenient for guests traveling with their dogs in this pet-friendly beach home.

Fixed and floating creek docks come with a covered sitting area with lighting and electric. Use the nearby public boat landing to launch kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the meandering saltmarsh creek.

Additional features include a gourmet kitchen and wet bar, game table room, elevator, and large play area on the ground floor with ping pong table and dart board as well as access to the backyard. The ground floor also has a TV den.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 3-minute walk. Leaving the driveway on Sundial Drive, head north 3 doors down and follow Chesterfield Lane one short block over to the beach boardwalk path.

CREEK ACCESS: The private partially covered dock is located at the intersection of the creek and a tidal canal providing built-in benches, electricity, fish cleaning sink with running water, and floating dock with gangway as well as an attached drive-on boat dock. A small public boat launch is located next door, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
