Me and my family recently stayed at this high-priced hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a front desk staff member who seemed more interested in making snide comments about the rate we paid than providing hospitality. Her rude demeanor was off-putting, and when we requested an extra blanket, it was never delivered, leaving us feeling ignored.
The noise levels in the hotel were unacceptable. The walls felt thin, allowing every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway to permeate our space, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
Additionally, the room's climate control was problematic. It was cooled down to an uncomfortable 56 degrees, which was excessive given the mild weather outside. With no heating option available, the room was uncomfortably cold throughout the night.
Furthermore, the hotel itself appears to be aging and in need of maintenance. The overall ambiance felt dated, which detracted from the luxury experience we anticipated.
In summary, my stay was disappointing due to the combination of poor service, uncomfortable room conditions, and the hotel’s overall state. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
