This was a fine, middling place to stay for a night before an early flight. The staff was really nice and helpful and the facilities just need an upgrade. The hot tub and pool were freezing cold and full of leaves, the bathroom wasn’t super clean (though maybe just because it looked old), and the one elevator was used for service (eg housekeeping carts and bins) as well as guests. It was close to lots of dining options so we could walk to dinner after returning the rental car early!
Positives: Close to restaurants, shuttle to airport, staff were friendly Negatives: The hot tub was broken. The bathroom was not that clean. People were loud at night.
Front desk was friendly and prepared. Cleaning could have been better in the room. Very convenient.
Great customer service
main complaint was smokers stunk up the room and staff thought they could get rid of smell with spray scent,luvkily they gave ne another room but still had different odor maybe mildew

This hotel was fine for my overnight stay. The airport shuttle is convenient. The hotel was clean but is showing its age.
We needed a stay near the airport for a morning flight, and this was a decent modest option. Parking our rental car was easy, and I can see that the airport shuttle was readily available. The plumbing fixtures need more attention in terms of deep cleaning and the beds were subpar (no mattress pad on my bed). It's Florida-wide, but the use of styrofoam for everything is depressing.
The carpets in the halls looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in several days. Our room bathroom lights did not completely work. Another couple said the elevator did not go to floor 1 a couple days ago.
