Close to parks. Bad was they offered shuttle services to the parks (that’s the reason I picked this hotel) bu in the morning told me that there were none available. Frustrating. Also my bathtub stop was broken off (no way to fill tub) also the tub faucet would not shut off completely and leaked continuously. Also the toilet continuously ran water.

Hotel was in need of some remodeling but they are currently working on that. The lobby was very clean and everyone was super nice. The TGIF was attached and they were amazing

Very reasonably priced. Beds were perfect and the shower was nice. We are very happy!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE !!! MOLD IN BATHROOM! CARPET WAS MILDO AND SOAKING WET!!! THEY CAME INTO MY ROOM WHILE I WAS AT THE THEME PARK TO SIT A FLOOR DRYER IN MY ROOM INSTEAD OF OFFERING ME A NEW ROOM !!!

I was disappointed to discover there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The ride there was $60. When we arrived the room was not ready. After waiting hours the room was finally ready after check in.

Staff was friendly and polite. Disappointed in property tho, disgusting carpet, bad smell, counter dirty in room. Toilet slow flush and could not see Universal like it shows in pictures. Changed my 4night stay to 1night. Definitely needs some upgrades.

This hotel is disgustingly dirty and worn out! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! The room was so dirty! Drink rings on the counter, a dried up booger stuck to the desk, so many hairs in the bathroom and pubes on the towels! The microwave had burned on food splattered all over the inside and the headboards to the beds were literally peeling off. So glad we were only here for a few hours, only long enough to sleep and shower.

This is definitely my worst experience ever when staying at a hotel. Everywhere was dirty, the room really smelled and we had to stay there for 3 days because we couldn't find another room at a decent price., I even went out to buy Febreeze for the room and for our clothing. The shower and sink took forever to go down, staff was not accommodating when either me or my girl asked for a change of room. We had to park next door at the restaurant even though I was charged for parking by the front desk. Hotel needs a complete overhaul and shouldn't be open for business until they're done doing so.

Hotel was nice, room was nice. Stayed 4 days. No house keeping service throughout the entire duration. So personal trash ended up remaining in the garbage cans. Had to get fresh towels each day from the front desk. Linen didnt ever get swapped out. I guess i can understand the limited services due to trying to keep costs low. The cost of parking was a bummer. $17 a day. I never actually got a final bill for the parking, just a charge on my credit card that was assessed more than the $17 a day and i havent been able to get a copy to this day. Came out to the rental car having new door dings every morning, so be mindful of where you park. People dont care. You get a meal card for your kids under 11, and they eat free at the attached TGIF restaurant. Overall, would i stay at this particular hotel again? probably not. Was it a nice hotel? Yes, it was ok.

The customer service was excellent room was very clean and associate very friendly oh and we loved and enjoyed the breakfast lunch and dinner free for kids TJ Friday👌

My stay was ok, they dont clean your room they stated that they only clean when you check out. You have to to pay to park you car which had me scratching my head. The only bright was my son having fun at the pool. Will not be staying there again.

The place stunk like mold (gross), the lights in my room didn't always work, most of the ice machines didn't work, the toliet ran constantly (so loud!). The bathroom was super small. There was no housekeeping or breakfast i guess due to COVID, however other hotels have figured it out. To boot there weren't many times for the shuttle either so we walked everyday. I wanted to get a refund and go elsewhere had I not booked through Orbitz. While we are NEVER staying there again and warning everyone else... The water didn't take forever to get hot, the water pressure was ok, and the heating/cooling worked ok. The beds were comfortable but I made the mistake of not noticing that they were doubles instead of queens, the hotel also didn't offer any cots to help.

I’m very disappointed with my stay. First off I booked for 4 nights. My first night the ac/heater didn’t work. So we had to switch rooms. Then we went to the new room for 2 nights and the tv signal didn’t work. The bathroom was gross it smelt moldy and had little roaches everywhere. I was so disgusted. It rained our second night there and water leaked through the window where the ac was. Called guest services and they switched us to another room. The 3rd room for our LAST night was the worst out of all of them. The room had old moldy rug smell. The bathroom had so much mold in the shower and the floor tiles. My bed was dirty. The headboard had grease or something all over it. I’m overall disappointed and will NEVER be staying here EVER again !

Parking was $17 a day. Everything was under construction. If you needed anything you went to the front desk. No daily room cleaning. Staff was not helpful.
