The hot tub was excellent, exactly what I wanted. My wife enjoyed it very much. The RV was clean, warm and comfortable. Only problem was a lack of running water. The host was very responsive, and had someone there to mitigate the problem even though it was the middle of the night, but the best that could be done was provide a big container of water to enable the toilet to flush. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THE HOST DID, THANK YOU THANK YOU. However, running water is a basic expectation of any rental. But I should emphasize that we had a great time despite that.

I would not recommend. Yes, it’s cheap. The RV is adorable inside and clean. We payed extra for hot tub use. It was literally disgusting. The water was yellow and dirty. No smell of chlorine (owner confirmed it had not been treated) yet people in the house continued to use it for two days. So gross. And then because it was so dirty they drained it and all that nasty water was all over the backyard and we had to walk through it to get to the RV. NOT A SAFE LOCATION. The people who you share the deck with had a huge house party in the backyard where the RV is located until 5:30 in the morning and we’re playing super loud music and someone was trying to break into the RV during the party. It was not a safe environment at all. I did not sleep a wink And if that is not bad enough, we could not turn the water in the shower off all three nights that we stayed there. I notified the owner immediately. He said he would send someone to fix it and never did. we had to go outside and keep turning the water off And then when we wanted to wash our hands or do anything with water, we’d have to go back outside and turn it on. I was simply told sorry for the inconvenience for all of the above which in my eyes is totally ridiculous. I always take reviews with a grain of salt, but considering this is the second time someone is writing that someone tried to break in I would steer clear of this place.

Extraordinary experience

This was my first time in an RV. This place felt like a little piece of “home” Just like the pictures. It’s clean and everything works fine. The bed is comfy. The instructions are clear. The heater worked great and very quiet. The limitations of a typical RV still applies although it’s hooked up to the grid. Between 30 and forty minutes to downtown Manhattan, and fifteen minutes away from nearest Whole Foods. Host was totally available and parking worked out well. Overall, this was an interesting experience for me. In the end it helped me decide that staying at an RV in the future is very comfortable. Overall 5 stars. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

The TV didn't work properly, the owner said, "that's all the reception it gets". The oven didn't work. The heat didn't work. When reported, we had to sleep in 35-degree camper where you could see your breath. Owner said there was a heated blanket, but there wasn't. When the owner finally showed up the next day, we were told "Give me money and I'll turn the heat on" We had VRBO move us to a safer place.

Host was on top of any concerns or questions I had and the property was very clean and organized.

The Rv is equipped with basically everything you need and the Bed is so comfortable i stayed for about 2 weeks and i had no complaints. It’s an Rv but inside is like home. I’ve been renting rooms while i search for an apartment and I will definitely book this host again if need be.

Don't bother!

Needed someplace cheap to stay for about 2 weeks. I had several problems which include: The parking is horrific; The place is not handicap friendly; Someone tried to break in; Toilet didn't work; there are damages throughout the camper: Kitchen faucet was held together with crazy glue and now the owner is trying to charge me; Mosquitos got in every night; and owner will only speak with you via VRBO app. Shower nozzle was also broken. If you want a dump with parking problems this is it.
