Shuttle service needs improvement. It took an hour for us to be picked up from the Rahway station and the receptionist on the hotel (October 1, around 8:30PM) was rude when we were following up the status of our shuttle pick up. We were told there is only one shuttle van in the hotel. Beside the bad shuttle service experience, our stay was okey.

Pay cash don't charge your credit card will decline when you get your statement from your credit card company you will see two charges appear for one stay takes 10days to clear it up

We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle to the Newark Airport. They also let us keep our vehicle parked at the hotel for a week while we cruised. The staff were very friendly except for our driver to the airport. The only mishap was because of change of shift we were stuck at the airport for an hour and a half because of miscommunication or laziness and not wanting one shift to pick us up. We ate at the restaurant and the onion soup was excellent! Also the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries was plentiful that the two of us shared it.

Comfortable hotel near Newark Airport suitable for business stays. The hotel is easy to get to and offers free surface parking. The location is in close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) and plenty of local restaurants to eat. There is also an indian restaurant on site. The room itself was quiet, clean, comfortable, and features a dual Sleep Number bed so you can adjust the bed's firmness to your liking.

I stayed here because I needed a last minute hotel near Newark airport. It's in an odd location. The room was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. There was a little bit of something that looked like coffee creamer on top of the microwave, otherwise all clean. The sign outside advertises an Irish style pub. There is pub fare, but the majority of the fare is Indian and it's pretty good. A nice surprise, frankly.

Bathroom had hair in sink and counter top. Furniture was very old.

The staff is very friendly and helpful the lady at the front desk is very friendly and respectful. I would recommend this hotel to anybody

I booked this hotel in the hope we were going to receive excellent service. It was disappointing. Their shuttle service was horrible. We waited +2.5 hours to be picked up from the airport to the hotel. We had a one nigh overlay, we needed a hotel to stay for my 4 year old son. Once we arrived at the ground transportation, I called the hotel to have the shuttle pick us up. Then we waited for 1 hour, but nothing came in. So my husband got really mad, and tried to call again... No one picked up the phone (it was around midnight); My husband and I kept calling the hotel until 30minute later. We finally had someone on the other line assuring us that the shuttle come in 20 minutes. It is ridiculous that we arrived at EWR at 10:45PM, and didn't get to the hotel until 1:30AM. And the front desk person was also a new person. We asked here if the room had a microwave since we were starving (especially my little one), and needed to warm food quickly. She answered back she doesn't know. However she offered to warm the food for us in the lobby..The breakfast started 7AM on Sunday, but we had a flight to catch at 9AM, thus needed to leave at 7AM...So no breakfast...

Very nice hotel. I would stay again. Fast check in. Staff very nice , especially Elias, Nicky and Jackie . Everything clean, bar is cool.

The bathroom lights didn't work but otherwise it was a beautiful hotel

I love the hotel in general, the only problem is the air condition ứa broken, hotel was hot breakfast area was hot but everything else was great

This is the second time I have stayed, both because it was part of an Orbitz package, so I'm not sure what the normal price would be. It has been much improved over the last couple of years. Not sure how I got the "Premier Class" room, but it was very nice. Some confusing, minor things- a Keurig coffee maker, without pods, but with filter packets; coffee cups and plastic glasses may or may not be present, and several lamps didn't work. But I did have a sleep-number bed, which was very comfortable, and the location is very convenient- right off the Turnpike. Breakfast was consistent-good but not spectacular.And the hotel is obviously very popular with foreign visitors- probably because the staff is very welcome and accommodating. I just used the hotel as a base to travel south daily, but it is centrally located to get to anywhere in the metro area.

It has 3.5 stars at the time of my review but I say it's ok but it's definitely not 3.5 stars good! In its prime I'm sure it was but the prime has past

The staff were helpful but the building needs repair. AIrconditioning failed during my stay.

Hotel bed is decent. Hotel staff not do much. Breakfast was horrible.

Good value for short stay. Location near NJTP well connected. Ideal for travel to and fro from NYC

No sheets on bed. Had to wait for hours to get sheets and blanket. Restaurant was not open to hotel guests. Several electrical sockets did not work

This hotel worked out great for my location. Close to the business stops I needed to make. Everything else was satisfactory.

free shuttle to the newark airport.

We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle to the Newark Airport. They also let us keep our vehicle parked at the hotel for a week while we cruised. The staff were very friendly except for our driver to the airport. Comfortable hotel near Newark Airport suitable for business stays. The hotel is easy to get to and offers free surface parking. odd but fine

terrible mistake

I booked this hotel in the hope we were going to receive excellent service. It was disappointing. Their shuttle service was horrible. We waited +2.5 hours to be picked up from the airport to the hotel. We had a one nigh overlay, we needed a hotel to stay for my 4 year old son. Once we arrived at the ground transportation, I called the hotel to have the shuttle pick us up. Then we waited for 1 hour, but nothing came in. So my husband got really mad, and tried to call again... No one picked up the phone (it was around midnight); My husband and I kept calling the hotel until 30minute later.
