The staff I came in contact with,was great. Wonderful place to stay, minus the outside noise. There was construction going on near the hotel day and night (NOISE).

We arrived a few hours earlier than check-in and Keeta arranged for my son & I to hold our bags in a private room near the front desk. It was Very, very nice of her. While we waited for our check-in phone call we visited Riverwalk Outlets and the Aquarium.
Overall a good stay, I had a 1 bedroom suite which was awesome, full size refridgerator with icemaker, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes etc, electric stove. A home away from home. Loved having 2 TVs! Another pro was the daily buffet breakfast which was good, many options like eggs, oatmeal, grits, bagels, muffins, yogurts. Friendly helpful staff throughout. Very close to the WW II museum and tour bus stop. 10-15 mins walk to Canal & Burbon street. Quiet street which I loved after the bustle of Canal. My only dislike was that its across the street from a closed out Mill but that's the historic district and it looked well maintained from the outside. I would definitely recommend and stay here again based on my experience and the cost, great value!

Overall it was a good stay with close proximity to everything. They hallways could use a cleaning and they should provide room cleaning service mid way through the stay at least but other than that all was well.

Could of been real nice but seems they choose to take the money and not reinvest it into the property. Property is worn, not dirty but not clean….staff, let’s say not engaged. Rooms are between gently used and worn out, definitely out of date. The breakfast is good.
Really enjoyed my stay with this property. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. (Shout out to Derek!) Definitely book if you have a big group because you can't beat the price for the convenience in my opinion.
It is important to know that theroom cleaning is upon request, otherwise nobody goes to clean
