I read the reviews about the cleanliness prior to booking. The lobby area and the inside of our room was very clean. The only areas of concern would be the hallways. I did see food crumbs in the several places throughout the hall way for 2 days straight but someone finally cleaned it up.

Let me just say me and my bestfriend came down for the nicki minaj concert. Kesha and Hollis(my fav) and Pam(They dont make em like her anymore), and lassst but not least JACKIEEEE(Please keep him) I know I gave him a run for his money they whole time I was here but he was nothing but awesome. Each time im n town I will stay here and only here.. These ppl treated us SOO NICE, and it made us feel like we were at home. From the service, To the Friendliness They are theeee BEST. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart and hope to see yall next time.

This was our second stay at the Omni Riverfront, we chose it because of the access ability to public transportation. Property is nice, could use updating but it's clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Would stay again when back in NOLA.

Horrible! Don’t let the pictures full you. Front desk is rude! Specifically YANNAshe should not be working customer service for the hospitality industry. She was yelling across the front desk over parking that was waived. She went out of her way to charge my credit card after I had already checked out a settled my bill and was provided a receipt. But because she was embarrassed & mad that she was in the wrong after already checking out and me leaving the property . She goes back and puts an additional charge on my room. I have to drive all the way back to the hotel only for no GM or front desk manager to be available. Manager Amanda ignores my calls & emails. Rooms smells , tub leaks all the time, HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Bathroom door broken and off the hinge. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I spent one night at the Omni and I was satisfied. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and up-to-date in decor. I felt like I could easily walk to and from the hotel as needed for dinner and entertainment. My only gripe is that one of the garbage cans was filled to overflowing with trash, but I assume it was simply overlooked by mistake. I plan to come back someday!

We were unlucky enough to have stayed there during a several day period that the entire Omni system was down due to system hacking of some kind...ransomware or spyware or malware l. We were inconvenienced a little because we couldn't get key cards made for our rooms, however every customer had to be escorted to their rooms and the door unlocked by one of the employee every time we wanted in. Each and every one of them that we dealt with were pleasant, upbeat they weren't in a bad mood like so many in other hotels on a regular basis. The the whole hotel handled it very professionally. One negative was that their rooms did not have USB ports, or very many ac outlets.

The hotel was not able to make room keys and we had to be escorted by hotel staff in order to use the elevator and open the room door. However, all the staff was friendly, respectful and ready to help and make us feel welcome.
