Cracking painting in the room. Toilet handle broke off during visit. Needs some refreshing, but good overall.

First of all, they took a $150 deposit out two days before and they did not notify me. Second, they charge $75 for Damages deposit fee also. I understand the fee’s but what I don’t understand is why they didn’t say all of that when I book it. FYI this was two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my deposit back!!! CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!!!!

Great stay

The first day my wife and I arrived at the property we realized we only had one bath towel in the room so we called down for another one. The front desk told us they were out of bath towels. It only went down hill from there. Charging $6 for a lousy cup of Folgers coffee and $50 a day for parking on top of all the other charges. I will definitely not be stay here again.

I was shocked at the disappointment in this Omni. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 6 pm and they didn’t even offer to hold our bags. We finally had a room at 7 pm, after driving 8 hours. We immediately started unpacking so we could go out and grab dinner. After unpacking, we discovered that the sliding bathroom door was off the tract and couldn’t move. We called down and the man they sent up said it couldn’t be fixed that night. There were no other rooms available, so we would have to make due. We had 2 adults and 2 kids in a room without a functioning bathroom door! We moved rooms the next day and everything seemed better. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer free coffee in the lobby for guests, it has been a while since I have been in a hotel that doesn’t have at least coffee for their patrons. Then, 2 out of the 4 days we were in the second room, our room was NOT CLEANED! We called down to ask about housekeeping and it still was never cleaned. We had to take our own trash downstairs, we were only given 2 towels for 4 people because that was all they had, and we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper! The second day of it not being cleaned was ridiculous. If they are short staffed, then their pricing should reflect that. We paid over $2,000 for 5 days and no clean towels!

Loved our stay, the staff was definitely the highlight. They were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our only issue was the air conditioning in the room… my suitcase was near the air return and it was so damp that all the clothes in my suitcase were wet when I woke up in the morning. Very frustrating. Everything else was perfect.

I was shocked at the disappointment in this Omni. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 6 pm and they didn’t even offer to hold our bags. We finally had a room at 7 pm, after driving 8 hours.
