The room & hotel was clean, the bathroom water was HOT, & the staff was friendly. I’ll definitely stay again. My only negative was I couldn’t stream Prime, or Netflix. I did appreciate the free wifi tho.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The hotel manager and staff were outstanding and helped us solve several issues with travel and such. I will definitely use this hotel again!

The staff was good, especially the wait staff. Big problem with the bathroom door. It opened only wide enough for a child to get thru. Full grown adults struggle to get thru. In addition, the cleaning staff turned up the air while we were out.

Room was good, clean, staff was courteous, the overall hotel was good. My reason for the 3 stars is that this hotel says they have parking, but they don't tell until you arrive that you need to forcefully use their valet system because their "parking" is further away and you can't go park your car by yourself. I was charged an additionally $120 ($60 per day, so thank god I was only there for 2 days) for using their valet, which parked my car on a corner lot less than 100 feet away, so I even went over to get it myself when I left. Having a 40% increment ($120 plus the $300 for the room) is not good. If you don't have your own parking then just say that on the pages where you do the reservations so I can make a choice. One of the reason I choose this hotel was that it said it had parking as I know by experience that in New Orleans you need to plan where to park.
