This is my 3rd or 4th time at this location. Its mext to Wendys. They have paid parking or you could park on the street. You can walk to Bourbon.

This hotel is open anyone not staying on this property can walk in, door was cracked.

I booked 4 rooms for 4 nights starting October 28th. 3/4 rooms had no toiletries and we tried to call down to the front desk and the phone was out of order in my room. I walked down to the front desk and informed them and they told me someone be to my room at 9:30 am to fix this. No one showed up the next day or any other day. 2nd night. Remote control and tv and phone not working. Walked to front desk to inform and was offered to switch rooms. One of my Guests was already sleeping so this was not a option at that time. We asked for towels as they were not restocked from the day before. They never showed up as well. 30 minutes later back at the front desk as we found MICE in the room. They traded rooms at 11 pm. Super inconvenient. 3rd room had nice as well. We’re tired of complaining. So didn’t. Will never stay here again. Service was the worst part. No one cared. Even upon checking out we asked for at least a phone call to rectify things. 48 hours later were placing this review.

This used to be our favorite hotel in the Garden District. But with the new ownership, there's now an exorbitant fee for valet parking and breakfast is no longer included. In addition, the pool was closed while we were there for no apparent reason. Definitely lost some of the charm. We likely will not be back.

The staff was very friendly and the property was well maintained.

Beds and ac were good. No one cleaned room on second day and did not provide clean towels. Tried to call desk to request towels and couldn’t get an answer in three attempts. Also had some difficulty with tv which front desk was able to assist with. Not sure if they provide ice, but it wasn’t anywhere near our room. Very limited parking. Had to kick door open about 75% of the time. Unable to figure out how to get shower hot but not too hot

They could have spent a little more effort on cleaning the room carpet. Bedding was clean, towels were clean, carpet needs a GOOD vacuuming!

Location is excellent... Paying to safeguard your vehicle is unfair to paying guests

Very Friendly staff and very accommodating. Street car was really close too. I would stay here again.

Hotel was conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping should be more attentive to making sure all rooms are cleaned and equipped with the necessary items (towel sets, cups, etc.)

We were happy with our stay. It had easy access for the the trolley. Places to eat were close by. Had to ask for additional towels after first day.

Terrible hotel with terrible expenses . Was very cold at night , yes it was window heater , but huge noise will come out if you turn on . Also , without any hot water , tea , or coffee . It was like a worse motel ...

Asked for a king bed ,didn't get it. Didn't have WiFi in our room so we could communicate with the kids . These issues were brought to their attention when we arrived .
