Sheets had stain , constant water dripping noise about us
Location
There is no parking nearby. Valet parking is expensive at $38 a night and sometimes takes a long time to summon a valet. In the meantime you have to double park outside the entrance and incur the wrath of the people behind you. On the bright side the hotel is just 2 blocks from the French quarter and right on the St Charles streetcar line. The room was nice enough and the bed was very comfortable. Still at nearly $400 a night with taxes and parking this hotel was WAY overpriced.
Friendly staff. Great location. Great stay.
the property’s position was great
Friendly place, no problems - could have used maybe some more toiletries for the sink
Typical NOLA always something happening, but this trip was odd in more subtle ways. There was a large power outage in the warehouse district covering some 20 blocks of mainly hotels and restaurants. We returned from what turned into a street weeding and UBer ride w/o traffic lights to find our hotel with power and AC! We were mid block away from the dark side, lol. For the most part the room was as expected, but oddly our “view” that we paid for was of the inner hallway. Things like coffee, towels and toiletries should be bagged and left inside or right outside the door daily-without asking. Airport taxis arranged by the hotel should be w/approved reputable drivers. Ours arrived 13 minutes late in a very poorly maintained vehicle and baring raunch rap at 4:45 a.m. bed was comfy, what staff we encountered were fun and pleasant and helpful if not effective. We would return for the location-but not bother with the “view”.
Staff was super sweet and very helpful
The bed are to hard and the pillows was flat .. sink was nasty no trash bags in the trash can . I wouldn’t come back . Not worth my money at all
A nice clean place and a friendly staff. Close to everything. I got there hours before check-in and they set me up with a room immediately. I had a fun first time visit to New Orleans. I can't think of anything negative.
