Typical NOLA always something happening, but this trip was odd in more subtle ways. There was a large power outage in the warehouse district covering some 20 blocks of mainly hotels and restaurants. We returned from what turned into a street weeding and UBer ride w/o traffic lights to find our hotel with power and AC! We were mid block away from the dark side, lol. For the most part the room was as expected, but oddly our “view” that we paid for was of the inner hallway. Things like coffee, towels and toiletries should be bagged and left inside or right outside the door daily-without asking. Airport taxis arranged by the hotel should be w/approved reputable drivers. Ours arrived 13 minutes late in a very poorly maintained vehicle and baring raunch rap at 4:45 a.m. bed was comfy, what staff we encountered were fun and pleasant and helpful if not effective. We would return for the location-but not bother with the “view”.

Staff was super sweet and very helpful

The bed are to hard and the pillows was flat .. sink was nasty no trash bags in the trash can . I wouldn’t come back . Not worth my money at all

A nice clean place and a friendly staff. Close to everything. I got there hours before check-in and they set me up with a room immediately. I had a fun first time visit to New Orleans. I can't think of anything negative.

This hotel was old and dirty. They did not have a full house keeping staff and our room did not get cleaned our entire stay. They did not have microwaves in the room, there was only one per floor located at the ice machine. No pool, no dining and the common area floors were dirty and need to be moped. I don’t recommend the property. The staff was friendly.

Property was fine. Close to everthing. Staff super friendly. Rooms were small, good thing I was by myself.

Had a wonderful stay room wasn’t cleaned the first night but over all good experience.

Great staff. Nicely decorated rooms. Huge television in the room..

Super close to all the action in NOLA. The air conditioner unit/heater was unbelievably loud and would literally wake you up out of sleep each time it went on. Walls paper thin and could hear person next door’s every word and movement. Staff was awesome and very helpful.

The property was very convenient and in close proximity to the malls, Bourbon St., convenient store and coffee shop! We explained that we were celebrating a birthday and they gave us a free appetizer for an evening of our choice. The property had a dining facility with bar. The bar was not fully stocked and the bartender wasn’t familiar with a few drinks ordered. They offered breakfast. We purchased the package with the breakfast for 2 with our hotel stay. We asked the front desk where did we need to go to order and how they would process it and they explained to us to order at the register. Apparently, the two do not get the same information as they had no clue that we had the package and continued to keep coming back to us to ask the duration of our stay, how many people would be eating etc. The breakfast sandwich was subpar. It wasn’t great but it was filling and edible. We did not eat at the hotel nor purchase drinks after the first setting. Free is not always best! We did not use the free appetizer but the gesture was very much appreciated. The valet was awesome! The attendants were very nice and welcoming! Doug was great with texting us to ensure all was going smoothly with our trip. The cleanliness of our bathroom and room were very poor. There was hair in the sink, floor and bathtub. Thank God for Lysol wipes. The room had a lot of “dust bunnies.” Overall, it was a nice, quiet hotel. I didn’t feel like they went over and beyond but it was a good stay.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very modern design.

It was a great property to stay in for the price!!

good location for NOLA experiences. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. I slept so well. It was the first time I had stayed in hotel room alone and I felt welcomed and safe. There is food service in the lobby. I did not have good service; food was not so nice, however there are so many options close by.
