This was my second stay here, however my first under new ownership. Love it here! Suggestions I would add is get a whole building fragrance machine because the hallways smell bad. Also the breakfast in the restaurant was awful. They changed the menu and the eggs were awful then served chunked potatoes fries as home fries!! Very bad restaurant experience!! Keep the old menu, it was wayyyy better!!

Was not what I was expecting for the price. Called two weeks ago and was told parking was free for guests. Today I’m told is $50 for one night. Called for directions regarding valet parking and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Asked about the airport and rental car returns and the shuttle between terminals. No one seemed to know. For an out of town travelers that important information. Really not a good experience.

It's a large hotel and only one elevator was working, which was very slow. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean so overall we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel when we came to New Orleans to get married. First and foremost the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The on site food options were incredible, the roof top pool was heated and had such an amazing vibe. Every room was fully stocked with beverages. We picked a corner room with so many beautiful windows and views. My personal favorite was the tub in bathroom, I took a bath every single night! We were there Halloween weekend and the hotel hosted a party that was such an amazing time. We would both 10/10 recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay. My only comment is at night there seemed to be one or 2 blocks of homeless that sat around begging. It made me a little nervous but could have taken the cable car back.

Really awesome vibe and a unique look. The restaurants are great, rooftop pool is incredible, live music in the lobby ballroom and fantastic cocktail and coffee bars. All around awesome place, and made it hard to leave the hotel to explore New Orleans!
