Robot vacuum to keep floors dust-free. His and her master bath sink area with bathtub. Walk-in closets in 3 bedrooms.

The owner pays for pool and lawn care. Renter will cover utilities. No pets, no smoking. First last and security is a must. 3 months is the minimum rental period per association rules.
