The property is very nice. We booked one of the cheap rooms and it was fine. Carpet was old and stained but otherwise it was OK. Check-in was easy and everyone was nice.

We have always enjoyed staying here. The rooms and pools are clean. From most of the resort, it's a quick 3-4 minute drive to the beach. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good, but expensive for a family of 4. There is no ATM on site which is a negative. Starbucks on site is a plus. Grocery stores, ice cream stores, restaurants/pizza places all within a 2-minute drive from the property. Over the past few years, this resort has gotten less customer-focused and as a returning guest, we may not be coming back. Their rates/fee structure is not customer-friendly as in the past and the cancellation policies, changes to reservations, etc. are difficult. It's hard to get a hold of someone, everything goes through the reservation center which is not very friendly.

The property was excellent. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I needed to check out a couple days early and the policy is to not issue a refund in that scenario which was very disappointing.

The property is dated and in need of renovation. Not bad for a 40 year old Motel Six, but for a resort motel it is disappointing.

The fact that the outlets in the condo did not work. The remotes for the TV did not work. I was there for 1 night stay however was not able to watch any television was not good for me
