King bedroom suite was perfect. Suite was clean and attractive. Kitchen was more than adequate and we were surprised there was full size washer and dryer in unit. Balcony over the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub tho the hot tub was showing its age. Bar food was adequate and uninspiring. We would def stay here agaiin

Our overall experience was okay. The location is great and staff were all very polite, especially the parking attendants. The beds were amazing. We were not informed when we booked that we only got 1 parking pass and each car extra was charged a fee per day. Would have been great information to have. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the lazy river because it was filled with children swimming and jumping like it was a regular pool. No staff there even after we complained. The room was nice but needs more attention to the fine details like the inch of dust on doors, walls having filth in spots, 4 guests only 3 towels and NEITHER phone in our room worked. Also, be careful on the balcony sliding doors. We bashed our toes and tripped multiple times.

We arrived at the resort on 08/19/2017. When I made the reservation I told customer service that I was bring 4 disable people with me, and I didn't want to be no higher than the 5th floor. Upon, arrival the room was not ready. We had to sit out in the van from 2:30pm when we arrived until 5:00pm when they finally got the room available. I went in, and called serval times to see if the room was available each time I was told that they were still working on it. at 4:30pm I called inside to ask why the room wasn't ready when check-in time was at 4:00pm, and I was told that a supervisor was inspecting the room. By this time Myrtle Beach was experiencing a real bad thunderstorm. When had to sit out side in the storm because, the lobby was packed with no where for our people to sit. At 5:00pm I was called by someone in the hotel to say that our room was ready. I was never apologized to for the inconvenience for waiting to check in. When I got back to the customer service desk. I was asked my name, and the hotel keys was just handed to me. I had to ask what tower we were in, and what the room number was. of course the room was on the 10th floor. Once we got in to the room, I thought it was going to get better for the amount of money that was paid. The furniture was old, and out dated, the couch in the living room had blood stains where it looked like someone had their menstrual cycle, and no one cleaned it. I reported it two times at front desk, and no one ever cleaned it.

Everything was very nice and what I expect I highly recommend for future stays here.

we stayed here at the end of October, 2016. we had two nights in a studio ocean view (not front). the room was ok. - but the location was not very good. the view was mostly the next building and all you heard were the air conditioners on the bottom. (we were on the 4th floor). We decided to stay an extra day and changed to an ocean front room - one bedroom. I paid about $25 more for the night and it was well worth it. great view, loved the ocean sound, excellent condition. comfortable beds - really really nice. would definitely stay in that room again. staff was always very friendly and accommodating.. Loved all the pools, whirlpools and lazy rivers. there are 4's and 5's because the first room we had, wasn't as nice as the other room we had.

There's an abundance of pools & the beach is nice & well lit at night (none of the other hotels light the beach). The hotel is looking worn & aged & it's clear there isn't enough staff to keep up with the needs of a resort this size. Things were pretty clean (I have very high standards for cleanliness). The restaurant in the lobby was awful - not even worth the convenience of being on site. There was coffee in the lobby, but nothing to put in it (cream/sugar). The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, there was one bellman for 3 towers & hundreds of rooms - needless to say, we carried our own bags. The drinks at the bar were well prepared, but it's tough to mess up vodka. It was not an outstanding place to stay, but for the price, there's definitely worse places we could have stayed. We needed cheap & on the ocean, we got both. We probably won't go back to this resort, there are a lot of other choices in the area.

Stay was OK. Not soo great. Rooms are not clean. Sofa has lot of stains. Bathroom is worst. Didn't clean the room and changed the towels on 2nd day. Not recommended for families with Kids.

Room was a bit small, and the kitchen needs some updating as far as pans and utensils. Very difficult to get pans clean because they aren't nonstick, and the dish soap provided is awful.

I stayed in 3 bedroom suite. Bed or mattresses Extremely old. Noise every time I moved on bed

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean was terrific. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The hotel was very well maintained considering all of the public areas that had to be monitored.

Perfect place for a family getaway!!!! The staff was friendly. Our room was perfect!!

I had a relaxed and nice stay at Baywatch Resort. I will come back again.

Everything is awesome.Love the kitchen. Like at home.Rooms are good too.Got everything to cook with. Thank u so much. Planning to come back again.

Great location close to the beach we love all pools room was clean service was nice..

We went for the weekend. Everything is really great, pools, restaurants, etc. We had a good time. The hotel is at the end of ocean BLVD right before it goes to Atlantic beach, so that means that there is no traffic going by. Makes it nice for a family.

I love this place. The beach was area was lit at night, activities, and the free water park entry was great as well. It is a quick drive to the water park, and well worth it.The rooms need a little updating, but it was still comfortable.

Loved the location great place to stay. Spent four days and would book the same place again.

The room was very nice. The down side is the elevators. The building we were in had 3 but one broke down the first day and it was a nightmare going up or down. Ended up take 8 flights of stairs a lot. The add also says beach front bar but didn't everything see it open and was told Sunday was the only day there was entertainment.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and we were easily checked in and given all the information and paperwork we needed as well as some free rewards. Beach Access was simple and the option of 3 pools was great. The room was perfect and I would gladly stay again.

The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. The only down fall is the hallways and elevator are very hot! I would stay here again, good deal for the money.
