Disappointed by the property. No soundproofed building you could hear everything that's happening outside, from the room next door or upstairs. Among other things that was my main problem.

Good for a quick stay comfortable but outdated and delapidated to a degree. Was clean and comfortable and did the job of a late night airport layover due to flight issues.
Grounds were unkept, no amenities, staff unorganized, building dilapidated, room was clean and bed comfirtable

The doors and bed sheets are not good. AC is not working properly
Not what is advertised. Bar was closed. They said it was been remodeled. Very outdated.
If you need a cheap place by the airport the hotel is okay. The front desk staff was quite miserable and not helpful on where to go to eat or get a drink. In fact one of the hotel guests helped us out because they heard the interaction with the lady at the desk. The room was comfortable and clean enough. There is nothing near the hotel and would only stay there if I needed a quick place for a night to get back to the airport.
Despite having address, was difficult finding hotel. Econo Lodge sign visible, but hotel is recessed more than 100 yards back through a large parking lot that services multiple business. The hotel itself was unmarked and at night was so impossible to find, I had to call the hotel to get directions even though I was in parking lot. It's also on a one way street that makes it difficult to get to if you make a wrong turn. No restaurants in vicinity. Was close to airport. Also had several insect bites the day after I stayed there which resemble bed bug bites that I had at a hotel in the past. There was also a strange stale smell to the room. I am not one to complain about hotels, but I would not recommend this hotel at all.
I had to buy my dinner from a restaurant in Dorval, the bar consist of a beer cooler. You get your beer an pay for it at the reception desk There were bugs all over the floor in the bathroom, I could nor see any on the dark rug in the bedroom area..
