It was a very nice stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice lighting. High ceilings. Big size room. They gave free bottles of water every day. The layout of the room is different than most hotels. The shower and toilet area is separate from each other and both are very compact. The vanity and sink is outside in the room. Pool and hot tub was nice. The airport bus stops right few steps from the hotel.

The staff were rude and not friendly at all. There systems were down and it was absolute chaos. As we had 2 seperate reservations, it was chaos to merge the 2 nights together. We were given a room across the elevators with excess noise. A group and family beside us which was ridiculous loud and a club happening outside with people screaming all night. We reported the inconveniences and nothing was done. The room had mud on the floor when we entered, the sink was all cracked and the elevator was filled with cleaning carts everytime we travelled. Terrible expereince

The cleaning staff were lovely. The pool is very long and spacious. The Hotel is located in a very convient point of town with tons to do in either direction. The Hotel's systems were down upon check in and no clear direction was given on next steps. This left long check in lines and people lining up and waiting just to be told they needed to go to a different line first. This started our stay off a little frustrating, but it quickly turned around with the service we recieved throughout the rest of our stay.

It’s not at the tourisy area , but it’s walkable. Around 15 minutes walk to old port and Eaton center. It’s around 3 minutes walk to Desjardins and 5 minutes walk to Chinatown. Also walkable to St. Laurent Blvd. I like that there’s an underground parking lot. You will have to pay per day, and the parking lot’s entrance, exit , and the spots are super tight, and there are many columns throughout the parking spots. There are also ev charging available at a very reasonable rate, around $10/ day. I love the hotel having wooden floors instead of carpets. Rooms are super clean and spacious ! The pool on the top floor has a decent size and a nice view. There’s also a hot tub, a sauna room and a gym. The pool also has long operating hours! I w

The hotel was beautiful, modern and in a fantastic location. Only negative is we couldn’t check in until 4pm on the dot! Otherwise it was a perfect stay.
