Staff was wonderful but hotel room could have been cleaner. As someone who has a phobia of loose hair, finding someone else’s in the ‘clean’ tub was gross. The shower door was also not cleaned from previous guests. Housekeeping quickly responded to clean for which we were grateful. Bed was comfortable but we didn’t like the rough pillow cases. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, and for $92 p/n it was a decent place. Thankfully we only had 2 nights here.

Rooms were small and dated. Shower door and toilet were not even 2 inches apart. Mattress was not comfortable. Elevators were extremely small and not reliable. Had to take the dirty service elevator several times. Hallways are extreme narrow. Restaurant - Cora’s has poor service and poor quality breakfast. Go to Oeuffrier on de La Montagne instead. Parking non existant on site. Have to battle the parked taxis upfront to load or unload your bags. Need to go down several stairs upon entry to hotel to reach front desk; not convenient Location is great ; close to Bell Centre. But that’s it. Won’t go back

The room itself was fine, comfortable bed, good staff, etc. The problem was the location next to an exit door that guests used through the night and our window was just above where renovations were taking place as early as 5:30 am so the noise from both of these conditions made for very poor sleep.

It is located in a good area with lots of shopping venues within walking distance. The hotel is run down and the room was extremely small and in poor condition, extremely dated and dirty. I would not stay again and would spend the extra money for a better hotel of which there are several in the general vicinity. The pictures provided on the web site are very misleading and does not reflect the condition of the hotel in person.
