I was looking for a place close to the Sheraton Conference Center, but cheaper than staying there, and this was cheaper and only a two-minute walk. But you get what you pay for. The room was tiny, there were no room-darkening shades or curtains, only sheer ones, so outdoor lighting glared into the room at night. The water would fluctuate between hot and cold during your shower. The heater blew only cold air on the far end of the unit. The room was sparsely furnished. It was clean, though. Unfortunately, we were awakened twice one night, once due to a very, very loud truck apparently pumping fuel right below our window for a very long time, and then a few hours later by a garbage truck emptying and banging the dumpsters, also right below. Our bad luck, I guess. I won't go back.

Good Location. No breakfast. Wall HVAC. Refrigerator. Comfortable bed, sheets and pillowcases. Comfy chair and foot rest. Vynal hardwood like floor. Extremely small bathroom. Toilet is right up against the shower. Tight squeeze. Needs dedicated charging outlets.

The location of the hotel allows you to walk to almost every place which is very convenient. The hotel itself was clean to an extent, my friend's room had bad sewer smell in the bathroom but that's really it. Overall great place to stay at. This part of a city becomes a big block party at night.

Convenient location in the center of downtown. Major construction going on across the street. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Parking lot just down the street. I would stay again if the price was right

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Coffee in the room. There are two good restaurants on site. The location was excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Good Hotel, Good Location. The 2 restaurants inside the Hotel are pretty good. Room was small but clean.

We wish we have not booked this hotel. The management is very unprofessional. We had very bad experience with this hotel.

Nice, affordable hotel in the middle of downtown Montreal.

WAS MY SECOND TIME IN MONTREAL BUT MY FIRST USING THE HOTEL AND WAS PERFECT, THE CREW PERSONNEL,LOCATION AND COURTESY WAS EXCELLENT. I WILL USE IT FOR MY NEXT STAY!!!

Small hotel close to all the action in Montreal.Shopping centers, restaurants, sport and shows, location is great.

Hotel was in a red light district. Strip club and massage parlor right next door. Room was dirty, tiny, and in need of repair, although bathroom was modern and clean. Hallways were tiny and smelled of disinfectant. Staff was very polite and accommodating, especially the night manager. We left about 30 minutes after we arrived. Too many negatives to overcome, especially for the price. Very disappointed.

The hotel was in renovation so lots of dust then and long elevator wait because of it, but overall great stay !

Loved the rooftop patio and super helpful staff here.

We brought our daughter to show her Montreal in preparation for entering McGill University. This hotel has an ideal location for visiting McGill and downtown Montreal. There is an outdoor parking lot right across the street that has a reasonable daily rate. The only disappointment was that the rooms they refer to as 'suites' are actually just a single room with a sofa bed.

Have stayed here before and it was ok. Theyseem to be redecorating which made it better. Wonerful glass enclosed showers. Good restaurants nearby.

Got in on the train and walked the 4 blocks to the Hotel. Check-in was a breeze and we were advised on restaurants. On our second night there, we got a free up-grade that really made our night!

Good Location for food, fun ... . Clean and comfortable bad. I'll be back!

Well located. Clean, organized, priced right, tri-ligual, front desk clerk, other good stuff. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Within walking distance to many restaurants, museums and the subway. Parking is expensive if you have a car. The staff is helpful with directions .

The worst hotel the roon is so tyde I hated this hotel
