Staff was wonderful but hotel room could have been cleaner. As someone who has a phobia of loose hair, finding someone else’s in the ‘clean’ tub was gross. The shower door was also not cleaned from previous guests. Housekeeping quickly responded to clean for which we were grateful. Bed was comfortable but we didn’t like the rough pillow cases. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, and for $92 p/n it was a decent place. Thankfully we only had 2 nights here.

The room was awful, the heating unit did not work so they transferred me to another room where the blinds didn’t work and then they transferred me to another room where again the heating didn’t work and then they transferred me to the lobby where I had to wait a half an hour for them to find me a suitable room and I finally got to my fourth room. The heating unit in the room was terrible. It was blaring like a freight train all night long and clicking sounds or being made every half hour it sounded like the door was unlocking. The front staff were terribly rude and I didn’t even have shampoo in the room. I also found hair in my towel. It was an absolute disaster. I would really not recommend this hotel for anyone awful experience.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to Bell Centre, great restaurants. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The water pressure was pretty low and one guest we talked to on the elevator didn't have water for 2 days. Speaking of elevators, one was out of service on one evening when everyone was coming back from the Bell Centre. Interesting wait times to get to your room.

Hotel is fine for one night to attend a game or concert at Bell Centre but no more. Walkablity to the arena is excellent, less than 5 min. We had a room in the 5th floor and there was barely any water pressure and the toilet bowl would take hours to fill in its own. We did ask to have the toilet fixed before we went out, I assume it was checked but it wasn't fixed and when we returned for the evening. We had a morning flight so we didn't bother to ask to have a room change, Cleanliness felt moderate.

The toilet didn’t work and hotel refused to change our room or send a technician to fix the toilet. So we spent a night without any toilet! Rooms cleanness was ok, but it was very small! Not a proper room sound proofing . Elevators were dirty and were not working half of the time. Reception staff weren’t friendly at all

Put simply, there was no water available. A slow trickle of cold water from the showerhead, zero hot water in the shower. Sink tap could produce small amounts of hot water only. Understood it was a supply issue with the city, but the hotel has done nothing regarding addressing this significant shortcoming. A polite complaint was lodged with the hotel and I was told the manager was notified. Why should I be paying full price for a hotel when I could not do something as basic as having a shower? Not particularly interested in finger pointing for who is responsible given the booking was done via Expedia. Hotel will point to Expedia, Expedia will point finger at hotel. Been there done that.

They charged me for a suite price more than $350 x night and the option for the fifth person was an old uncomfortable sofa bed.

Room wasnt very clean, there were marks on the wall next to the sink that looked like blood that had splashed on the wall, long black hairs in the shower tray. The bedroom floor was dirty, I didnt realise until I had walked around in socks and the bottoms were covered in dirt and black hair. The bedroom floor was hard floor and clearly had not been vacuumed or mopped. There was no kettle in the room, when I asked at reception they had none available and could not provide me with boiling water which I needed for my medication. Service was poor, the room was dirty and the whole place was tired and needed an upgrade. Also I found out when I arrived that the water was being shut off from 11pm-7am which was inconvenient when I was travelling for work and needed and early shower, a note had been put under the door. I was not informed when I checked in nor was any apology offered for this. Very poor hotel for nearly $300 a night
