I booked a massage that was overalls pretty disappointing. The massage therapist paused several times. There were several 15second moments where he did nothing. There were also times where I felt like he was laying with me more so than actually massaging anything. The times he did massage were great, which made the moments where he didn’t even try stand out more.

This is our second time staying at this property! We love the location, the grounds are clean and the hotel is new and modern. The room was spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal.

Perfect for a get away. Location is ideal for walking the city and the hotel itself was a treat, clean, friendly and so uniquely comfortable. Dining was also a great experience with wonderful views from the roof top.

The location is near downtown and also near old Montreal as well. The staffs were super friendly and the mattress and the bedding was excellent. I would stay again if I visit Montreal in the future.

Had our belongings stolen while out exploring for the day. Reported it to the concierge in which they responded “well maybe housekeeping didn’t mean to steal it”.. they told us they would open up an investigation. We were not contacted further about this issue. Disappointed. I have stayed in many hotels and have never had anything stolen from my room. Would not recommend.
