The location is great and the staff were absolutely lovely. The room was big and had everything I needed. The public areas are great as well, and having free coffee available in the lobby is a fantastic touch. Only potential downside is that the area around the hotel doesn't look very appealing. I'm from a big city myself so I'm used to it and I didn't feel unsafe, but it is quite run down. Still, for the price, location and staff, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean. Nice start. The area is excellent. 15-20 min walk from everything! We loved the coffee machines in the lobby. Finally a hotel that offered fresh non coffee options too!

This hotel was what I expected it to be: safe, clean, quiet and well located. The rooms are basic but meet every need. Staff was very friendly on check-in and check out and everything is easily within walking distance.

The Hotel itself was clean and updated but we were mot There was an altercation with cops outside the hotel one morning. They do limit access via key card to the building at night.

Very accessible to restaurants and site seeing. Walking distance to Old town and Basilica. Used the valet parking to make it easier and did the on off bus tour to see the city.

Bathroom smelled like sewer as the toilet base was leaking sewer gas. We had to request that the toilet be replaced and it was that day, thankfully. However, the room itself was very clean. We found there were really no places for our luggage other than one small luggage rack.

Very centrally located, excellent staff. Raphaelle at the checkin counter was very helpful. The service in general is very good. The room is a bit dated, bathroom lock didnt lock, the shower pressure was way too strong.

The Valet underground parking was a great benefit. It was an ease to know the car was safe and secure. This was especially true as the surrounding area was populated with homeless trying to take anything that wasn’t tied down or locked. Hotel was only a 10 min walk to Berri Metro Stn. From there you could get to anywhere in the city. Grab a free coffee/tea in the lobby before you walk to China Town (5-10mins). I would stay here again. The Staff were friendly and informative.

Upon checking in the young lady at the reception desk was having an issue with another customer about a double booking of a room.She was busy trying to fix the situation and it was time consuming.No other employee to help her so myself and 3 other pairs of people had to wait 30 minutes before we could check in.Then I asked about where to park our vehicle.She then charged me for valet parking and were told that the gentleman would be right back.So another 15 minutes later I asked if we could self park .Oh yes you can but the gentleman had to move things around for us to do that.Finally we left to go out and see some sights. I have never waited so long for valet parking and then to find out we could self park was very frustrating to us. I shouldn’t have to be charged for valet parking that wasn’t a bit more prompt.It definitely has left me not feeling like customer service was not a priority at this hotel😡
