First off, I’ll say management did excellent in addressing my concerns promptly. Much appreciated. This was my first solo trip. Typically I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn and I’ve enjoyed staying at previous Best Western hotels. I chose this hotel because of proximity to Old Montreal. However, I did notice that there were a few homeless people in the area when I first arrived. There were maybe two front desk agents around (possibly one was security?). The lady who helped me was friendly and kind. The building itself I could tell maybe needed some TLC. A bit older, wearing down. I think
