The hotel itself is good, nee, modern but the location is border line to touristy area and at night time can be a little scary to get back to the hotel
Pay per view was not working
The hotel had valet and self parking options. However, if you drove to the hotel entrance only valet was immediately available. To get to the self parking and underground parking involved using a map and driving around a city block then driving up to a virtually unmarked automatic door and almost touch the door with your vehicle to get it to open. Once parked signage to the elevators to get to reception were not obvious. Signage in general in the hotel were limited and not obvious. The elevators themselves, to gain access to rooms on parking were confusing!
Excelent hotel, however there is not dinning or shopping areas close
