Hotel was in a fantastic location—very easy access to the beautiful streets of Montreal as well as access to the metro. Beautiful amenities as well! Really appreciated the rooftop access. Unfortunately, the bed was quite uncomfortable which made for a more underwhelming experience.

Room clean great pool great breakfast great. Elevator from 14 floor pool didn’t work. Called front desk who put me on hold and didn’t pick up Took the stairs with my granddaughter and her friend. Sixth floor where are room was was locked. Walked down to the reception floor. Keypad didn’t work. Had to wait for security to let us out of the stairwell. 45 min to get down from the pool all in all.

Loved the hot pool which was open despite the cold weather and rain. Other reviews complained about the breakfast, but my family loved it. Really good quality. Room amenities are just meg though, it had nothing a lower grade hotel wouldn’t have. At least a microwave oven would’ve been nice.
