half block from two metro lines. Nice staff. Adequate kitchenette.

Great overall: good room, excellent breakfast and very clean.

Very good included breakfast. Hotel centrally located. Down town, Old town within walking distance.

Really great hotel in the gay village near the Berri-UQAM metro and 747 bus. Kind of have to go through a sketchy area to get to it, but it's only like half a block long.

We had a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The street where the hotel is located isn't the nicest street but overall it is in a nice area. It's close to Rue St. Denis where you can find lots of restaurants for lunch or dinner. It's also right next to the Berri-UQAM metro station and close to Old Montreal.

The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and flexible. Our room even had a view on a street surrounded by buildings. The location is an easy walk from Berri-Uqam Metro as well as the airport 747 bus. Its an easy walk to Old Town as well as the Village. The Hotel is quiet which is a perk, considering its proximity to St. Catherine's Street. The breakfast is consistent and basic but the hours are 7-11AM so there is no rush in the morning.

I had a fantastic trip and a great stay at Hotel Les Suites Labelle. It's on a side street right near Metro and short distance from Modern Strip of restaurants etc... There are a few beggars on the street but nothing to worry about.

Great place, excellent staff ! Excellent value ....Breakfast included is great value, fresh food, excellent.

The location is excellent. A short walk to the metro gets you anywhere you want to go in Montreal. On site garage parking that is reasonably priced. The rooms are large with a small kitchenette that makes it ideal for longer stays. The beds are comfortable but pillows are extremely uncomfortable. I recommend bringing one from home. Ask for a room that does not face Rue Labelle in the winter time. (The parking lots across the street get snow removed around 5am.) The towels seem like they are aging and need to be replaced..

I really liked this hotel The location was great, only a block from the metro. Interior furnishings were a bit spartan, but the room was spotlessly clean. Great breakfast included in the price of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location 1 block away from the Berri Train Station, but room itself was small. Amenities are also lacking, with no conditioner provided, and iron only available upon request. Solid value though for the location and if you don't plan on spending much time in the room.

the location of the hotel is perfect. very close to public transportation. room is small but clean.

Save money. Location wise good! Will come Back here.

I had absolutely no problems staying in this hotel for two nights. $15 parking is a good bonus also

I've staid for 7 nights at the hotel and overall had good experience. Staff are friendly and helping, and location is great, 2 minutes walk from Berri UQAM metro. Room was in reasonable size, and kitchenette had all equipment required for fixing dinner.

My boyfriend and I wanted to see Montreal on a budget and this was the perfect stay for us! Not even a block away you will find a major train stop that includes all the lines you will need to see the whole city. We got a weekend pass which was unlimited rides for $13.00 The hotel was lovely! The breakfast is wonderful as well! Extremely clean and in a perfect location. The wifi was touchy in the room. The indoor parking situation is not a guaranteed. Just be aware it's a first come first serve basis and is $15 per day.

Hotel Hotel Les Suites Labelle is located right next to the bus terminal which serves NYC buses. Also the Berri UQAM metro station is like 3 mins walk from there. Doesn't get any better than that. And the best is that there is a Circus Afterhours nite club literally 5 mins away. Party people can't find better value than this around. Also it servers free breakfast and had free Wifi. great hotel. will book again and again, everytime i am in Montreal.

The room is small. Staffs are not nice to people. Although they provide dishes and glasses, they don't look clean. Bed is not that comfortable. Overall, it's just a place you'd like to stay a night and then leave as early as possible.

We stayed here for three nights and found the hotel to be extremely accessible and being a short distance to all the attractions. Wifi was included but extremely slow. The bed was not the most comfortable. We wanted to stay another night but the charges increased significantly due to thanksgiving long weekend.

Attended a wedding and combined sight seeing. Nice location for a walk to old Montreal, Chinatown, and the many festivals being held downtown. Room was clean. Hotel breakfast was adequate. I had a room with one bed and it was tight for 2 people. Wifi only worked in the lobby. I was on the third floor, no signal at all. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price.
