Wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are extremely small, and the beds feel worn out and old. Lobby is pretty but no nice touches like coffee/water in the lobby. Be prepared to be put on hold for awhile if you call for a copy of your invoice - if you book through Orbitz, the Sofitel won’t automatically send you one because they “don’t have your email address.” Our stay was fine, but this is not a “5 star” hotel.

The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable about the city and it's events. The service was wonderful! This is my go to hotel when I visit Montreal. I first visited her during the opening year. I will be back!! Best location!!!

Very comfortable beds, spacious room. I did not like that we could not use the refrigerator because it was a mini bar and you are automatically charged if you took anything out so I had no cold water and it was hot out!!!

The staff is exceptional on every level. Don’t like the house restaurant too expensive to have a regular meal for breakfast or lunch. Didn’t eat there at all during my trip due to price.

The room had a fabulous view of the bustling city. Sparkling clean. Pillows, bed and towels were all fresh and fluffy. I liked everything about it.

Food is a bit on the expensive side. An executive lounge with amenities should be made available to frequent Sofitel users.

Very nice stay. Location situated in an accessible place to visit within walking distance to most places I wanted to see. Staff could not have been more pleasant and available for any questions needed for my interests. Very nice and very enjoyable to stay there

The superior room was too small with tub, so I had to pay and upgrade. I am not sure if the hotel worth $100 extra compared to other hotels nearby or old town. The bed was super comfortable. Staff also were super friendly and helpful. Resturante was good and reasonable .

I was mis-informed regarding the hotel having a pool, I booked three rooms for one weekend and was greatly disappointed by that alone! The rest of the hotel was nice.

Coffee and water are available every morning and evening in our lobby, I'm sorry no one explain you that when you checked in.
